Overall, I enjoyed my stay there

Great location, comfortable bed, mostly quiet

The heat didn’t work and it got quite cold some nights. Could use a bit of sprucing up. Wallpaoer peeling in bathroom, shower leaked and It has thin doors. When people slammed doors or talked in the hallway, you could hear it.

Highly recommend! The perfect place from which to explore the city!

Location was great and the private patio and rooftop were gorgeous. Great views of the city. Bed was extremely comfortable and I liked how quiet it was but still close to everything.

A few cosmetic things needed to be fixed (weird paint etc).

Good value for money hotel located centrally in Condesa.

Central hotel in Condesa, at an affordable price. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean. 24h reception made it easy to access the property. The staff also assisted in receiving a wheelchair, laundry (dry clean) and storing our luggage for a couple of days.

Some of the rooms were very cold and a bit damp. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, though there are several places nearby that offered a great breakfast!.

Beds were comfortable, quiet street, good location and easy to go to historical center, large bathroom and shower, courtesy coffee was very good, nice and pleasant rooftop

The floor could be cleaner. It was sticky in certajn places and when i walked barefoot after having a shower under my feet was black. The people downstairs forgot to tell us the rooftop was privatised one evening and we crashed into a party which was embarrassing.

A special hotel—I’d love to come back!

This is such a special place! We came around día de los muertos and the staff were decorating and made everything so adorable. The room was so clean, comfy, and quiet. The shower and bathroom were nice with quick hot water and good water pressure. The room included complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The sheets and bedding were notably good quality. Everything was thoughtful and well done. I would definitely come back!

The walls are a little thin if you’re sensitive to that.

Good place to stay

The hotel is well located in a safe and quiet area. The room was small but comfortable, featuring a great mattress and good pillows. We had a view of the rear of the hotel, which added to the peace and quiet. there was a nice coffee shop right around the corner.

However, the sound insulation between the rooms was lacking. We had noisy neighbors in the room directly in front of ours, and it sounded as if they were talking right outside our door

Overall it did the job.

Good location, nice decoration, very confortable bed, good pressure and warm water in the shower and the AC is reversible into heater, which is needed on cold nights. Also very good cleaning service. And the mini fridge and microwave are a plus.

It’s quite noisy. You can hear your Neighbor’s tv, or moving his curtain. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway. The insulation is pretty bad. And also there is a nightclub just in front of the building. I think the music stops around midnight or a bit later.

Comfortable and quiet stay in Condesa

I loved the location of this hotel. It was super quiet at night, except for Saturday night due to a club across the street, but noise wasn't bad. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm quite picky when it comes to beds! The room had air conditioning, and the balcony was huge (quadruple room). The staff was friendly and provided water bottles and coffee grounds. I would absolutely stay here again! Short walk to Chapultepec park.

Smell from the shower drain was bad, so we kept the bathroom door closed all the time. Room is on the smaller side.

Pricey but a GREAT place to stay if you're solo!

Location was perfect! Easy walk to great places to eat and drink as well as multiple parks. Safe and secure! Staff was very friendly and responsive.

The shower leaked a bit through the glass doors. My A/C unit worked, but would leak and drip at a certain temperature/time.. but no big deal!

Nice option for a clean, comfortable stay in a great location in Condesa.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice modern design, AC worked well, and no noise issues (could hear some noise from hallway occasionally but was minor). Coffee pot and daily re-fill of ground coffee beans was nice, plus a couple of water bottles every day. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.

The booking was quoted in dollars, and upon arrival, the hotel used an exchange rate which was about 8% higher than the official rate to reprice it back into pesos, effectively causing the cost of the stay to be 8% more expensive than expected. Supposedly the original price would have been honored in USD cash but this was not communicated ahead of time and it would be a lot of cash to travel with. The shower doors did not close properly, causing a lot of water on the bathroom floor. Cleaning service was great, but they go home in the early afternoon, so make sure you let them clean or else you'll miss it for the day. Seemed a little expensive for Mexico City (about $140/night with taxes), but that might be because we booked less than a week out.

Great place to stay in Condesa

I really liked the location and the fact that the area is walkable and has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as the bosque Chapultepec at a walking distance. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great with us.

By the pictures i assumed the room would be a bit more spacious. It was small, but nevertheless quite comfortable and well organized and most importantly clean.

Perfect stay from start to finish

Room was relatively small but had everything we needed: comfortable, clean, large double bed; clean, working and beautiful bathroom with toiletries, tea, coffee, microwave, fridge and complimentary bottled water. Tasteful interior decor. Location central in Condesa neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. 24-hour service desk attendants helpful and friendly; assisted us with an urgent problem in the middle of one night, and allowed us to store our luggages securely for several hours on the last day after checkout. We would 100% stay again.

We have stayed at Cibel a number of times when we visit CDMX. The condesa neighborhood is very nice and there are many different types of restaurants and coffee shoos nearby. Chulpultipec park and metro stop are 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Highly Recommend

Had a fantastic stay at Condesa Cibel. The location is ideal: within walking distance of dozens of amazing restaurants, public transit and shops. The suites are modern, cleaned daily, and the balconies and rooftop terrace are a great bonus. The 24-hr front desk staff are friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. We left an personal item behind and they were very quick to respond and coordinate an airport drop off truly saving the day. I would definitely stay at Condesa Cibel again.
