Good value for money

Well appointed rooms. Spacious, clean and well equipped with all white appliances.

Young man at reception could be more polite and helpful with the luggage. Door code was wrong and it was resent twice and did not work at all. Receptionist had to open manually and commented that this seemed to be a common problem of the system.

Great if location and security are a priority. Soundproofing however, is awful.

Check in was extremely easy and efficient, and despite the language barrier, the staff is very nice and hard working. Generated key codes for your door make it very easy to get in and out also. Communication throughout on booking.com was excellent, and they were always very fast to respond. The other major plus is the security of the building. The building is gated on top of having 24/7 security and is extremely secure.

The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the building. My bedroom was right beside the main door and I could hear every single doorbell, construction, conversation, and door open/close. On top of that, I could hear full conversations, loud music from other rooms, and even other people snoring. Shower head was not great and the shampoo/bodywash seemed watered down. Bed unfortunately was not as comfortable as I would have hoped for given the luxe of the building that was promoted.

NOISE

Localization is very good, close to most of places in Polanco. The cleaning staff and the front desk staff are really nice. The manager is rude.

A LOT OF NOISE from a construction besides the hotel, the manager told that ALL THE ROOMS are affected by that noise, it is impossible to sleep after 7AM from Monday to Saturday. From what I could see from my window, the construction will go for at least more 1 or 2 years (they're doing a building beside) so I won't back to this hotel in 2025 and 2026.

Location was good

Location and concierge. The guy at the entrance and check in was very nice.

Bathroom was super tight, no space around the sink for your toiletries. Even though you have a closet space, there were 3 hangers. Walls looked dirty which shows no maintenance, it was not a problem of the cleaning staff it is more a problem of how the apartment looks overall.

Cleaning (dirt stains on couch and some other stains on sheets) hair from other person in the shower. VERY thin walls and you can hear EVERYTHING and you can’t even laugh cus you disturb other guests.

la suite era muy espaciosa y cómoda. la terraza super bonita.

si tuviera que decir algo que no me gustó, fue que no limpiaban cada día. Eso me sorprendió. Venían en teoría una vez por semana. Eso no lo entendí porque no es un airbnb. Pero nos pudimos apañar. Estuvimos muy cómodos a pesar de eso.

La ubicación es excelente pues esta muy cerca de restaurantes y la zona comercial. Zona segura. El personal de recepción y seguridad muy atentos.

Que no nos dieron servicio de limpieza en ningún momento ni de recolección de basura, nos comentaron que esto se proporciona después de 7 días, estuvimos 6. Considero que deberían ofrecerlo cada 3 días por lo menos. Para el costo que cubrimos creo que debería tener este servicio integral.

Ubicacion excpecional, segura y linda. Volveria de todas formas, El lugar es como esta bien mantenido.

Durante mi visita, fue evidente que los pasillos y áreas comunes estaban constantemente ocupados con artículos de limpieza a la vista, como carros, materiales y productos, lo que generaba una sensación de desorden y poca profesionalidad. El personal de aseo circulaba con todos estos implementos expuestos, y no parecía existir una bodega o espacio designado para guardar dichos elementos de manera adecuada. Esto afecta la imagen del lugar y transmite la impresión de una falta de organización en la gestión de los espacios compartidos.

Que el checking sea hasta las 4 pm y si llegas un poco antes con tus maletas, porque vienes en avión a la ciudad de México, no te dejen encargar las maletas y tenerlas ahí y tienes que andar por toda la ciudad con maletas y el checking es muy temprano a las 11 A.M. además, cuando llegas te están haciendo la limpieza a esa hora de la tarde y todo lo que recogen de las habitaciones. Lo tienen ahí abierto en exhibición con el paso de los huéspedes

Sencillo y cómodo.

La clave de acceso fue enviada oportunamente y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema para ingresar, y eso que nuestro vuelo llegó tarde en la noche. La cama y almohadas super cómodas. Me gustó el nespresso con cápsulas a la llegada y nos dejaron dos botellitas de agua. Estaba super limpio el departamento. Me gustó la lavandería sin costo adicional (incluso te dan el detergente, suavizante y quita manchas). El señor del lobby muy educado y buena gente, atento a nuestras preguntas todo el tiempo. La cocina tiene lo justo y necesario, nada de más, nada de menos (para dos personas...si hubiésemos estado más de dos nos hubieran faltado cubiertos). Lo mejor que tiene el departamento es la ubicación. Todos los días podíamos salir a caminar y teníamos muchas tiendas, restaurantes e incluso tiendas de abarrotes super cerca. La calle donde se encuentra es super tranquila y sin ruido, sí se puede descansar perfectamente y los Uber tienen la vereda libre para parquearse justo en en la entrada al edificio.

Me parece que el departamento es un poco oscuro, sobretodo porque el nuestro miraba hacia el interior del edificio y por privacidad había que estar con las cortinas cerradas todo el tiempo. No me gustó no tener la TV dentro del cuarto (esto igual ya lo sabía por las fotos, pero ya viviéndolo hubiera preferido tener TV dentro del cuarto). El espacio en el baño es pequeño para poner el neceser y productos de tocador. Hubo un olor dentro del baño, algún problema del desagüe, pero lo reporté e inmediatamente lo resolvieron.
