Excellent location in the Holešovice (Prague 7) neighborhood, close to National Gallery, tram lines, the Letna neighborhood, and the Vltavská metro stop. The front desk was not 24 hours, but a staff member waited for my arrival after a late flight into Prague.
Payment was asked in cash only, and I was overcharged the original amount quoted on this website. The bed was also a bit firm for my liking.

The layout of the apartment maximised room and was very comfortable. We had an issue with the shower and once reported was fixed within hours. Very impressed with the attentiveness and response from the host. Extremely helpful and reliable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Near to a good location. Host changed my room when I told them there was food and or body fluids on the couch and blanket. Good size.
The first apartment had not been adequately cleaned. The checkout time was very early compared to hotels and no late check out granted, despite the room not being booked the following night. The beds were poorly made up and not tucked in properly and there was plastic covers making sleeping uncomfortable. I tried to clean the rug and the towel came up completely black.
