Near to a good location

Near to a good location. Host changed my room when I told them there was food and or body fluids on the couch and blanket. Good size.

The first apartment had not been adequately cleaned. The checkout time was very early compared to hotels and no late check out granted, despite the room not being booked the following night. The beds were poorly made up and not tucked in properly and there was plastic covers making sleeping uncomfortable. I tried to clean the rug and the towel came up completely black.

Overall a good stay, but the thin doors can make it noisy at times.

Great location, easy to walk around.

There was construction going on behind our room, and the doors were so thin that we could hear everyone coming in and out of the building. So keep this in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, though, the experience was good.

Apartment was very nice, close to shops and restaurants and transportation.

Shower door leaked significantly and required keeping towel on the floor and wringing it out after each shower, no on site laundry facilities and only one towel per person per week. Could use a reading lamp rather than bare bulb table light.

Very very bad.

Design and staff.

Everything was dirty, the plates and cutlery were with tons of dirt. The toilet was super dirty with lots of pee stains all over. When we lifted up the first pillow, we saw lots of black things and dirt on the other pillows, which clearly no one replaced the sheets before we came.. Obviously the apartment wasn't cleaned before we came. We couldn't sleep ! Tons of noise from the lobby and the other room next to us ! From 16:00 till 4:00 in the midnight, a large group kept yelling and we heard everything non stop, it was one of my worst nights ever. In the room there's a window to the lobby for some reason where people can see us ( no curtains), not just they can see us but also every time people turn on the light and it gets to the room while you sleep. Why would you place a window to the lobby ? For what reason ? The lights in the room were flickering, giving us headaches. The bed was not comfortable at all, and the sheets were tough to sleep on so we took them out. No air-conditioning. We got a heat stand which was useless. Add an Aircon please, it's essential.

Location is unbeatable. A lot of coffee places and cool restaurants nearby. Apartment was spacious and clean. Quiet at night.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

I wish I could have stayed here longer, but it was just one night before my flight. The place is spotless, well-maintained, nicely equipped and perfectly located. And that patio — absolutely wonderful! I always appreciate small touches like tea or toiletries, and here they were thoughtfully provided.

The only small downside, which the host can’t really control, is the building’s acoustics. It didn’t bother me, but light sleepers might find it a bit harder to fall asleep.

Loved our stay! Great location and quiet neighborhood in Roma Norte!

Great location in a quiet part of Roma Norte! Place was clean and safe with 24hr security. Easy access to restaurants, shops cafes and bars galore. It was so nice to have a mini fridge, kitchen and coffee/tea available. We enjoyed having the extra space and it was perfect for 2 people. Communication with owner was excellent. Despite the apartment needing some minor repairs and extra TLC, we still really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone! :)

Suggestions for improvement: The bed was a little too firm for my liking. Would suggest a mattress topper to make it more confortable. I would also suggest an extra hook in the bathroom to hang towels. The apartment did have a large window so I appreciated the natural light, but black out curtains and brighter indoor lights would have been nice. There were also some minor stains on the carpet and nicks on the walls, but that was fine. For the price and location of this apartment, these were not deal breakers for us and we would definitely stay here again. :)

Beautifully presented apartment in the heart of la Roma

The apartment was beautifully presented and in a great spot in La Roma. They accepted my reservation last minute after another unfortunate situation on another booking. They were able to arrange checkin quickly and communicated well throughout our stay. Thank you again :)

Likely a feature of the apartments in the complex, but there was no aircon and the apartment does heat up. There is a fan available which was fine for our stay when the weather was mild, but it did get quite stuffy even when the weather was ~25C

Well located stay in Roma Norte

Great location in Roma Norte. Appreciated the 24 hour security and easy check in process. Apartments are well stocked making it great for a short or longer stay. Very happy with our entire stay here.

The water in the shower took a few mins to heat up. The host made me aware before my stay so I was prepared. Plus it's a common issue in Mexico City so it wasn't too much trouble.

Great location, responsive staff, modern apartment

The flat is well decorated and modern and it is located in a great location within Roma Norte. The staff are quick to respond to any messages and security is around 24/7 providing a safety value to this stay.

The biggest disappointment was the shower which was basically non existent. The hot water was fine and as the staff tells you, it requires a few minutes before it gets hot. However, the water pressure is so low, every shower takes 30 minutes. Probably the lowest water pressure in a hotel I've experienced which is a shame since the rest of the apartment is good. interestingly, the pressure in the sinks were fantastic so it seems like an issue with the shower itself.

Great apartment in Roma Norte

Easy check in process. Great neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, good coffee spots. Prompt replies by the host to assist with questions/concerns. Had a stove and utensils/tableware for making meals at home. Had Netflix.

Tiny window in room. No washing machine. The smoke detector light is quite bright - would advise to bring blu tack to cover the light source.

Great, I recommend it

I am very happy with my experience in this property. The location is great, there are many nice bars and restaurants in the area and I felt safe walking at night. The 24h reception service is great too. The place was super clean and everything was as described. Unlike other travellers have said, I did not feel the bed was hard, I felt very comfortable. I had the 2 beds 2 baths apartment, it was spacious and with natural light. I would stay here again if I visit CDMX.

It is true that it takes a while to regulate the temperature of the shower. That was the only issue but I would still stay here again. I also wonder if it is something common in CDMX because I was at a friend's apartment in Polanco before and the shower had a similar issue...

Great location and amenities, zero natural light

The location was incredible - there were 50 great eateries within a 5 minute walk. The amenities within the apartment were excellent. Check-in was easy, and the management was proactive about communication.

It's important that prospective guests understand that, despite two small windows, there is zero natural light in this apartment. Zero. The pictures in the main posting may not be the pictures of the apartment you are renting - make sure you look at the pictures of "your" apartment and are comfortable with what you see.

Good location, great price, friendly staff, small privacy issue

This place is a good deal for what you get. It had a great location, the places are remodeled, and the staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was there was a slight sense of lack of privacy. My main window looked into another apartment with a shade that was nearly see through depending on the light. The little bathroom window also has no cover. Either way, I’d stay here again.

Nice apartment in a good and safe neighborhood

Nice little apartment, that is perfect for a single person or a couple. Even though, the bed is a little bit too small even for a couple. The rooftop is a plus and has a stunning view. The location is great and really good restaurants and cafés are close by. The communication was excellent and the service itself was great.

The bed is a little bit small for two people and there is no door between the bedroom and the living room. If you are alone or with your partner, this is not a problem.
