About this house rental
The house has three comfortable bedrooms all with air conditioning, it offers a superb space to relax and unwind. The main bathroom is thoughtfully designed to meet your needs, while air conditioning keeps the environment cool and refreshing. Whether you’re enjoying quiet mornings or lively evenings, this home provides a perfect balance of comfort and charm.
The garden and terrace with private pool are fully private and not overlooked by the neighbours. There is a covered terrace with outdoor barbeque and outdoor kitchen facilities
The house is located via gated community and a private parking space is located directly outside the property.
The house is located in the mountains in a rural area (nothing within walking distance)
LOCAL AREA
The local waterfalls - Font d'algar, is a 5 minute drive from the house, there are many natural waterfalls that are safe to swim in, there are also many restuarants leading up to the waterfall with large swimming pools for guests to enjoy at lunchtime. Hiking routes are also available from the waterfalls site. Note paid parking is available outside.
Altea - is approximately 20 minutes by car, which is the closest seaside location. The beautiful old town of Altea can be reached via many steps up to the old town. Many beautiful restuarants in the old town - good for an evening meal.
Greenwich marina - approximately 15 minutes drive - Nice beach bar and a few restuarants, with watersports facilities and jetskis to hire (pebble beach)
Guadalest - 15 minutes drive inland. Voted the prettiest town in spain, located inland and above a blue lake, it is possible to visit the the castle (5 Euros) and climb to the top of the castle for fantastic views. Many nice restaurants and quaint spanish shops to visit.
