The flat for rent is 162 square metres large and equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, complete kitchen with dishwasher, a large balcony, living room, digital satellite TV, washing machine, microwave, internet connection (WLAN) and good furniture. It has marble heating and year-round air conditioning, hot / cold, for a fee, the sea with fine sandy beach is right outside the door (10 m). From the loggia you have a marvellous view of the beach / sea and the silhouette of Benidorm. The bus stop to Benidorm is 200 metres from the house. The bus runs every 15 minutes, line 41. An evening stroll along the illuminated promenade to Benidorm is an invitation. Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Benidorm at night and then relax in my fantastic flat in the La Cala oasis. The kitchen is up to date and you will find plenty of crockery, pots and pans. Of course there is also a toaster, coffee machine and microwave. I will give you a top clean flat. Benidorm has a very popular 18 hole golf course. It offers you everything your heart desires, including good gastronomy. It is very close to the Terra Mitica Park. Follow the signs to Terra Mitica, about 3 kilometres from the flat. Benidorm is one of the warmest regions in Europe. Life pulsates in the city centre on the Levante, 3 km away. Here you will find dance clubs open in the afternoon. Also a variety of shops, discos, hotels, bars etc. Do you like early morning sports? In summer it takes place every morning at the Elche Park. You can keep fit there, it costs nothing. Would you like to learn to dive? No problem, there is a diving school just behind the Hotel Delphin in the street Alfaz del Pi. Daily diving trips to the island of La Isla are part of the programme. Be sure to spend a day in the Marinas shopping paradise, less than 2 kilometres away. You will also find Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour and Mercadoner within a short distance of the marina, where you can buy your daily necessities. The theme parks Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are less than 3 km from the house, a visit, especially with children, is a must, as are Mundomar and Aqualandia with their daily dolphin shows. Well suited for children with behavioural problems. ( therapy ) . You will find doctors of all categories in the neighbourhood. As well as 2 private clinics in Benidorm and a general hospital in La Vila approx. 5 km . Please rinse your feet after the beach , so that the sand can not be carried into the flat . Barbecue behind the house. Please leave clean after use . The flat is very well equipped and furnished. It has SAT TV with Dutch , English , Spanish and German channels , separate large kitchen , air conditioning in all rooms , internet connection , rentable single garage , Terra Mitica Park , Terra Natura animal park , golf course in 3 km distance . Mountain tours are possible to the mountain village Guadelest with the huge reservoir , then the highest point of the Col de Rat , from here a great view to the sea . Then drive back via the Jalon valley to Bneidorm, where there is a wine co-operative in the village of Jalon. Here you can taste and then buy . Every Saturday there is a 2 km long flea market with old things in Jalon. Could make a trip worthwhile. We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation or interruption insurance.
