A superb, comfortable apartment in a new building, located in the heart of the city center yet in a quiet area, just steps from the famous Place Masséna.
MOBILITY LEASE ONLY.
Only certain persons may be the tenant of a mobility lease.
The tenant must be in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary engagement in a civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment in the course of professional activity.

Welcome to our apartment in the city center.
Located on the second floor with elevator access, you'll find all the comforts: space, tranquility, proximity to tourist attractions, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and more.
This apartment comprises a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with access to a quiet balcony overlooking an interior courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Apartment is ideally located next to Massena Square, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 7 minutes by walking. You will be right in front of the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and the stop is 450m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 12 minutes away by tram, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
