We stayed in the apartment for over a month. At the start, the collection of keys was easy with clear instructions provided. The communication via chat was always efficient and friendly, any maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. The location of the property is perfect for access of all central Nice attractions by walking and there’s many shops and restaurants right outside. The property has all the necessary appliances for cooking, as well as for laundry and cleaning.
Only a few minor things could be improved, such as the comfort of the sofa for sleeping (it was a bit uneven), and having more light sources around the apartment.

Läget var bra. Bra att det fanns ac med tvättmaskin och frys även om den var liten. Tv (32’) wifi fanns.
Företaget endast nåbart under kontorstider. Upplever inte att personal vill hjälpa till vid problem. Det saknas svar på vissa frågor som ex transport to AirPort. Sättet som de behandlar kund är inte uppskattat och ger tyvärr bitter eftersmak.
Se till att ha all info om nödnummer och kontakt klart innan. På plats finns ingen vilja till att hjälpa till. Då har pengarna betalats😊 - tragiskt tyvärr.
