A nice stay on Nice
Location was great! It's right beside Gallerie L'afayette and just off the main street. Had cooking facilities and washing machine. Check in directions were clear and easy to access. They offer a 10% discount in the breakfast spot next door but we did not avail of it.
There was a bad smell from the bathroom. Not a lot of space to manoeuvre once sofa bed was in use. There were cheap shelves that were falling off the wall when we arrived.

Great location
Very good. We liked the apartment, there were all the conditions and a very convenient location. It was quiet and therefore it was comfortable to rest in the evening and at night. The apartment is small, but it was not a problem. If we plan a trip again, we are happy to stay in this apartment again. Thank you to the hosts!

Déçue mais serais plus exigeante si je reviens
La localisation est excellente
Dans le descriptif de l’annonce, c’était marqué chambre mais ce n’était qu’un espace exigu où tout se trouvait : coin cuisine et sejour avec un canapé lit très inconfortable car creux au milieu. Les draps et couettes sont sales et non repassés, pas de penderie, les oreillers sont trop trop plats, odeur d’égout et de renfermé très forte à notre arrivée, un seul torchon de cuisine pour 2 personnes pendant 5 jours, inflexibilité sur les horaires, aucune notre sur l’utilisation de la Tv, BMTV pendant tt le séjour, locaux dégradés à restaurer rapidement (porte du frigo dégrafée du frigo, plan de travail, mange debout, hotte de cuisine). À notre arrivée, il y’avait juste 2 serviettes, 1 draps sur le matelas et une couette. Heureusement, ils nous ont rajouté draps, couette, oreillers et draps de bain mais il a fallu écrire, appeler et relancer le personnel. C’est dommage car c’est un bel emplacement. Le 43 est pr une seule personne ou un très jeune couple.

L appartement est fonctionnel, très bien situé, à proximité de tout, très propre et la climatisation!!! Très indispensable avec ces chaleurs.
Juste que la douche n’a pas de pression, c est vraiment le seul bémol.

Pas de télé J’ai demandé une télécommande en début de séjour mais ils n’en avait pas. Je donc donc pas eu accès à la télé Odeur désagréable d’égout à l’arrivée
