amazing location! very easy to get in. there is a lift. very good value for money. really nice studio apartment. very clean .

some of the kitchen cabinets are falling apart.

Очень понравилось расположение! Общение и оперативное реагирование менеджеров для разрешения вопросов. Тихий район, спать было уютно, несмотря на центральное расположение. Тепло, кондиционер хорошо работает на обогрев. Легкое удобное бесконтактное заселение.

Это действительно очень маленькая студия и мне не хватило в коридоре вешалки для верхних вещей и места, где можно складывать свои вещи, все мое пребывание вещи лежали в разложенных чемоданах, которые занимали все пространство на кухне и было неудобно подойти и приготовить еду. Подушки оказались совсем плоские и одеяло очень синтетическое, от которого в темноте искрило.

Studette très bien située à 2 pas de tout et au calme. Propre, bien équipée et confortable.

Il manque réellement un placard ou a minima 1 penderie. L'équipement côté cuisine pourrait largement être organisé sur un seul pan de mur avec frigo - congélateur - plaques - four et en face un grand placard - penderie - étagères avec couette et linge de lit en hauteur. Car toutes les autres cases de rangement vaisselle sont quasi vides.

Really well situated, close to the train, sea old town and city centre. It was suitable for 2 people for a week. Coffe machine and dishwaser were great.

The lift did not work and we were on the 4th floor. Although there was a microwave, stove and washing machine, they did not work too well. The washing machine was dirty we did not feel comfortable using it, some off the other electric things had an odd smell when turned on. Overall just not as great as they could have been.
