Excellent location, very close to the city center and close to the public transport, nice inside design, good decorations, good bathroom, separated toilet.
The couch little bit old, some noise from the street could be heard but not disturbing at all.

The only positive point is the location, which is convenient for visiting Nice.
The apartment was extremely disappointing. The ventilation was filthy (see photo), and we even found a lipstick from a previous guest — proof that cleaning is either incompetent or simply not done at all. No toilet paper was provided for a 4-night stay, and despite multiple messages, the host completely ignored us. The washing machine was useless without detergent, and the noise level was unbearable because the place has zero sound insulation — you hear everything, all the time. Overall, this property is poorly managed, neglected, and the host shows no respect for guests.
