The location is unbeatable! In a very nice neighborhood and very walkable to anywhere!
The sofa in the apartment is not the most comfortable but we were barely at the apartment so it didnt bother us much

Quelques éléments devraient être réparés: douche qui coule sur le plancher, serrure de porte fonctionne très mal, robinet de cuisine brisé et congélateur du petit frigo ne fonctionne pas.

Good location, easily access by tram or subway. Close to beach. With supermarket & resturant nearby. In general the facility is clean even building is old.
The wifi didn't work well.. Host come late for 30 mins even I have called her twice. I come 10 mins earlier. So totally I have waited for 40 mins outdoor & got sun burnt.
