With a generous surface area of 150 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers, making it ideal for stays with family, friends or professionals.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor without a lift, this elegant Marseille flat has an authentic feel: high ceilings, original Provencal floor tiles and the warm atmosphere typical of bourgeois town-centre flats.
The flat is composed as follows:
An entrance hall, a pleasant 20 m² living room with TV, perfect for getting together after a day exploring Marseille.
A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, etc.
Four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180x200)
Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with a single bed (mattress on the floor)
Two bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub
A separate WC
For your convenience, the owners have also provided a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and you will be provided with 4* hotel quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up before your arrival.
The flat is ideally located on the border of the popular Vauban district and Marseille city centre. This lively residential area is particularly sought-after for its village atmosphere, shops, cafés and restaurants, and its proximity to the city's main landmarks.
