The property is perched on a hill and has amazing views, the family that runs it couldn’t be sweeter. They really care for their guests and make you feel at home. The breakfast is lovely and the beds are super comfortable.
The only issue is that the property is up a dirt road and I made sure to rent a 4x4 car but it got stuck so I needed to park down the hill. The owner helped arrange a taxi for my luggage the first night and other mornings offered a ride into town. The walk up the hill isn’t bad but was a little tough after hiking all day.

Amazing, very clean place in a great location for exploring Theth, just 5–10 minutes from the centre. Newly opened in summer 2026, with a delicious, fresh and authentic traditional Albanian organic breakfast. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even collecting us free of charge because our car was too low for the rocky road.

Good spot as you come off the Valbone to Theth trek.
Nice mountain views and the food was reasonable.
There was a weird vibe, and the place lacked a level of hospitality. The family were outside most of the time, had audible arguments and we got the sense that they were put-off that we enjoying the outside area rather than just staying in our room. Overall we left feeling like we were a burden rather than welcome guests. I’d try somewhere else if I returned to Theth.
