Very nice place to stay in Theth

The view was great. Breakfast was included. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. The location was pretty good and close enough to places to eat and drink (couple minutes to eat/ 10 minutes from a decent sized market). Bathroom was good, so overall a good experience.

Great place to stay for all your hikes!

It’s the perfect getaway in Theth. It’s quiet but not too far from all the restaurants and it’s very close to most of the trails so you can just start from there. The breakfast was great and nutritious for your big hike.

Its an amazing place to stay in. Lovely and friendly welcoming from the host family. We had best time with them and in the facilities. All is clean and neat. I recommend it.

Magical stay in the mountains with a wonderful host

We had an amazing time! Although the location was a bit tricky to find, the host came to pick us up and brought us all the way there. The cabin was super clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The host is such a wonderful person, incredibly helpful and kind. We truly felt like we were in a fairytale. The breakfast was also delicious and kept us full for more than 7 hours during our hike. Everything about this place was just perfect.

Nice view

The location is stunning if you like remote quiet..There's a fan that helps with the heat and it's cool at night. It's close to hiking too. It looks new.

- Down a stretch of rocky, narrow, hilly road past everything else in town. Should be fine for young people but at 62, alone, with stitches from a recent hiking fall, I was afraid to walk back after dinner in the pitch dark with just a phone light. So I had to leave early. -No shower pan so water gets all over the bathroom floor - Nowhere to put anything except the floor and the - Hard bed but that's preference I guess.

Velmi špatné a arogantní chování majitele

Ač nerad, tak musím napsat velmi negativní zkušenost s tímto ubytováním a hlavně s panem majitelem. Po našem příjezdu nás ubytovala mladá slečna. Po převzetí klíčů a zaplacení plné částky v hotovosti nám sdělila, že už jim 3 měsíce nefunguje topení (to jste opravdu nevěděli a nemohli nám to napsat? 🤔). Venku v tu chvíli bylo 5 stupňů, v noci mělo mrznout a sněžit a chata nemá žádné zateplení. Uvnitř byla pocitově ještě nižší teplota než venku. Šli jsme tedy do města na jídlo přemýšlet co dál. Majiteli jsme nakonec napsali, že to je o zdraví a chtěli jsme jít na jiný hotel s topením. Majitel nám napsal, že problém je v celém Thethu. Šli jsme se tedy zeptat na jiné hotely a nejenom, že topení všude fungovalo, ale dokonce nám nabízeli o 30 Euro levnější ubytování. Šli jsme tedy zpět na ubytování a napsali majiteli, že na booking.com má uvedeno, že je v ubytování topení, ale ve skutečnosti tam vlastně není, takže chceme rezervaci z tohoto důvodu stornovat a jít jinam, protože jinde topení normálně funguje. Ten nám napsal, že mu blokujeme pokoj a že nám peníze nevrátí a dá nám pouze polovinu. Chtěl jsem tedy vystavit fakturu na zaplacenou částku a vše poté reklamovat u booking.com. Po chvíli přijel majitel osobně. Jedná se o velmi nepříjemného a arogantního pána, který nám začal říkat, jak nemáme právo ani na žádné peníze, ani na žádnou fakturu, že to nikde na světě takhle nefunguje a že pokoj tam je, tak co chceme... Ať ho tedy neblokujeme pro ostatní (byli jsme tam sami). Po chvíli dohadování jsme bohužel museli odjet bez peněz i bez faktury, a to i přesto, že ubytování nesplňuje to, co má uvedené na booking.com. V Thetu je spousta krásných a mnohem levnějších ubytování, tomuto se tedy 100% vyhněte a běžte jinam. Už jenom chování pana majitele za to rozhodně nestojí, tohle není dobrý člověk. Raději podpořte někoho jiného, kdo si to zaslouží.

Ficámos encantados com a nossa estadia neste alojamento familiar em Theth. Fomos recebidos pela Valentina, sempre disponível e simpática, tornando a nossa experiência muito acolhedora. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e totalmente tradicional albanês tudo em quantidade generosa, tanto que não conseguimos acabar tudo! É servido nas mesas em frente aos quartos, com uma vista deslumbrante que torna cada refeição ainda mais especial. O quarto é espaçoso, com uma cama confortável, e a casa de banho é simples mas com tudo o que é essencial. A água vem sempre bem quentinha, o que foi ótimo. Tivemos azar de apanhar uma tempestade durante a nossa estadia e o ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem devido a problemas de energia em Theth (não é culpa do alojamento). Solicitámos um aquecedor para a segunda noite, e a Valentina trouxe-o sem hesitar, garantindo que passámos uma noite muito mais confortável. Na última manhã, ainda chovia devido à tempestade e não foi possível tomar o pequeno-almoço fora. A família foi incrível e preparou-nos o pequeno-almoço dentro da casa deles, onde a mãe e o irmão da Valentina nos receberam de forma calorosa e hospitaleira, tornando este momento muito especial. A localização é ótima: perto de restaurantes, a 8-10 minutos do centro, e ideal para quem quer explorar os trilhos e fazer hikes na região.

Falta um tapete na entrada para não sujarmos o quarto quanto entramos pois quando chove fica tudo cheio de lama

Vi havde et skønt ophold. Super placering og meget lækkert morgenmad i helt vildt flotte omgivelser. Kan varmt anbefale Thethi mountain Villas. Personalet var også meget hjælpsomme.

Rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Bed en kussen zijn prima. Badkamer echter wel wat primitief. Er wordt gebruikt gemaakt van schoonmaakmiddel met een zeer sterke geur dat in het huisje blijft hangen. Wordt door ons als niet prettig ervaren. Fijn dat je buiten kunt zitten. Hier wordt ook het ontbijt geserveerd en dat is ruim voldoende en zeker lekker. De airco werkt prima. Mooi uitzicht bij het wakker worden. Het weggetje ernaartoe is uitdagend en niet duidelijk aangegeven. Je moet dus wél het onverharde weggetje omhoog en dan de eerste recht weer naar beneden. Vriendelijke ontvangst met koffie en raki.

Fijn verblijf

Het was dichtbij de restaurants etc. maar wel een rustig en afgelegen plekje in de natuur. Ook zijn het maar twee huisjes waardoor je vrijwel geen last hebt van buren. Ook zijn de eigenaren erg vriendelijk.

De douche werkte soms niet goed. Het ene moment was de straal erg hard en erna weer erg zacht.

Krásne chatky v úžasnej prírode.

Krásne čisté chatky v nádhernom prostredí. Mladá slečna bola veľmi milá a tie raňajky boli viac ako dokonalé, bolo toho veľa a hlavne všetko domáce. Ďakujeme za krásny pobyt.

Individuelle Unterkunft in schöner Lage. Wunderbares Frühstück!

Aufteilung im Bad. Beim Duschen setzt man das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Ein Wasserschieber wäre eine gute Idee. Auch eine zweite Zudecke wäre schön für Leute, die es nicht gewohnt sind, die Decke zu teilen. Wegen des hohen touristischen Andrangs kann ich den Preis nachvollziehen, repräsentativ für Albanien ist er aber eher nicht.
