Exceptional hospitality, cozy accommodations and stunning views… this place made our trip unforgettable

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it was hands down the best hospitality I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel completely welcome. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, since we came here in winter looking to do a snow hike, they gave us all the information we needed about the hike, including what to watch out for, snow conditions, and even tips for moving through deep snow. They generously provided us with snowshoes for free, which was an amazing surprise. On several occasions, they helped us move our car out of the snow and when left they shovelled it without us even asking, their kindness truly went above and beyond. The food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was fresh, delicious, and sourced from their own cattle. We were genuinely shocked at how affordable everything was, considering the quality and care that went into every detail. The owners themselves were warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to be around, we loved talking with them. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views that you can enjoy right from the property. The facility itself was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotless. I especially loved having a stove where we could add wood, it made the space feel even more homey and comfortable. This place sets a new standard for what hospitality should be. We left feeling completely cared for, relaxed, and we will absolutely be returning here again in spring.

We enjoyed beautiful time in the mountains without huge amount of tourists. Villa Lepusche is perfect place for peaceful and quiet rest. The meal was traditional, homemade and very tasty. We fully recommend stay in villa Lepusche.

Lepushe is such a beautiful place, locals have preserved it very well and still not too touristic. You have a 360-degree view of the valley with the Accursed Mountains in front. The vila where we stayed was new and very comfy. Just enjoy.

היה מאוד קשה למצוא את המקום. מתברר שמופיע בבוקינג בשלושה שמות שונים ולא כולם יש שילוט. רמת תחזוקה נמוכה. אין נייר טואלט ושקיות אשפה. המקרר היה מנותק מחשמל. החימום באח הוציא עשן במקום. לא ניתן היה לנעול את החדר כי המנעול לא היה תקין. המבנה של שינה בקומה עליונה ושירותים למטה מאוד לא נוח ארוחת הבוקר היתה סבירה. ארוחת הערב שהיתה האפשרות היחידה לאכול באזור היתה מוזרה בחלקה לא אכילה.

Dans cet établissement, les photos ne rendent pas justice au confort de la ville alpine ; la plaque de cuisson était fonctionnelle ; un grand réfrigérateur était à disposition ; la vue était tout simplement époustouflante ; nous avons adoré pouvoir allumer un poêle ; le personnel s’est montré vraiment sympathique ; et quelle belle surprise de découvrir la présence d’animaux et de pouvoir partager un moment de leur routine avec l’employé. Une belle offre pour le souper.

Peut-être qu’un peu plus de variété au déjeuner serait appréciable, même si nous comprenons les limitations liées à l’emplacement. La communication avant notre arrivée a été un peu délicate, mais nous comprenons que l’équipe travaille très fort. Nous n’avons pas réussi à savoir s’il y avait une bouilloire, donc nous en avons acheté une que nous avons laissée sur place ; ce n’est toutefois qu’un détail

הנוף יפהפה, הבקתות נמצאות ממש אל מול הרכס המרשים, במיקום מושלם. הצוות מקסים, מארחים מהלב. ארוחת הערב היתה טעימה ונעימה. הבקתות מאובזרות במטבחון ויש מרפסת אל מול הנוף. הסביבה יפהפיה ויש טרקים מדהימים. ולא עמוס באנשים. לא לשכוח לקפוץ לראות ולרחוץ בקניון ורמושה.

Top Empfehlung! Extrem nette Gastgeber Familie. Für albanische Verhältnisse sehr gepflegte Umgebung. Damit meine ich kein Müll. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in traumhafter Natur. Frühstücksangebot überschaubar aber von sehr hoher Qualität, da alles aus eigener Produktion. Auch beim Abendessen war alles selbst gemacht beziehungsweise selbst geschlachtet und von sehr hoher Qualität. Wenn wir noch mal in diese Gegend reisen sollten, dann werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Fantastische omgeving!! En en al ontspanning

We bevonden ons in een werkelijk prachtige omgeving: in een bergdal. Het eten was fantastisch in het nabijgelegen restaurant en de mensen waren heel aardig. De bedden slapen ook goed en de huisjes blijven lekker koel ondanks dat er geen airco is.

De huisjes zijn fantastisch, maar we zouden adviseren om nog een verbeteringen door te voeren: - comfortabele buitenstoelen (ipv simpele plastic stoelen) - wat meer faciliteiten zoals borden/bekers/bestek/prullenbak enzovoort in de keuken. - klein sfeerlampje in de zitkamer (is nu een hele felle lamp) - losse draden die uit de muren hangen wegwerken en de föhn die aan de muur hangt (die half los hangt en niet functioneert) repareren.

The view from the room is stunning, overlooking the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The place is peaceful and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The main house/restaurant serves as a cozy meeting point, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nearby, you'll find cows, sheep, and pigs, adding to the rustic charm. There's a short and easy hike in the valley—about 30 minutes each way—to a small waterfall, which is suitable even for young children. Other than that, it's the perfect place for short walks, unwinding, or enjoying a good book.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning, overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for disconnecting. The main house/restaurant is a cozy gathering spot, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. You’ll see cows, sheep, and pigs nearby, adding to the authentic countryside vibe. There's a short, family-friendly hike to a small waterfall (about 30 minutes each way), and aside from that, it’s a great place for short strolls or reading a book. Important to know: there are no real shops in the area—only small kiosks selling snacks. The nearest proper store is actually across the border in Montenegro, so it’s best to bring supplies with you. We really enjoyed our stay, though it was sometimes a bit boring because our kids were too young for longer hikes. If you’re traveling with children, we highly recommend arranging in advance a day with a local shepherd family—it’s a meaningful and unique experience. The food is rustic and tasty, but quite heavy and greasy—not ideal for those sticking to a specific diet, especially if you're used to a Mediterranean-style cuisine.

Besondere Unterkunft in toller Umgebung

Die tolle Lage, die Tatsache, dass man ein ganzes Haus für sich alleine hat, aber besonders die super netten Gastgeber. Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Als Tipp: es gibt gute Wanderrouten und der Besitzer Lea hat wohl auch Karten, damit man sich besser zurecht findet.

Die sehr schöne Unterkunft hat noch kleine Schwächen. Wir hätten uns am Abend über einen schöneren Gastraum gefreut, eine Wohlfühldecke für die kühleren Nächte wäre toll und die Zufahrt könnte an manchen Stellen etwas nachgearbeitet werden, damit man auch mit einfachen Leihwagen besser hinunter zurückkommt. Und mehr Obst und Gemüse zum Frühstück und Abendessen wäre gut.

Een prachtig uitzicht in de Albanese alpen

De locatie was geweldig. Een villa in de bergen met uitzicht op de bergen, wat wil een mens nog meer. Het eten was echt heel lekker. Voor 1500 lek pp kregen we heerlijke lokale smaken op tafel. Het personeel was echt vriendelijk en hielp ons met veel dingen. Owja: ontbijt was inbegrepen en echt heel lekker.

Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was niet goed. We betaalden 200 euro voor het huisje voor 2 nachtjes en zagen dat het huisje heel primitief was. Zo is er geen waterkoker, geen glazen om thee te zetten. De koelkast stond uit maar als we deze aanzette dan was het geluid keihard. We moesten vragen om handdoeken en shampoo. Het huisje is praktisch leeg en al het extra moet je zelf meenemen. Ook de hygiene vond ik zelf niet zo. Op het terras bevindt zich 1 stoel terwijl we met z’n tweetjes waren. Een lang lijstje dus aan dingen die ons niet bevielen.
