As others have said before, this feels more like a warm family homestay than tourist accommodation, even though you have your own private en-suite cabin on the hill. There’s a great view from the cabin, the guesthouse is in an incredibly peaceful location, and you can walk the 4km to the lake in Plav if you want. I didn’t have a car but most times a friendly motorist stopped to drive me part of the way. I took the cooked breakfast and dinner each day, which was always delicious and filling. I especially liked drinking Turkish coffee and raki with Frasher each morning. The family has a working farm which you can observe, with cows, sheep and chicken, and they produce much of their own food. The family all help out with the animals and with the guests. Just note that the WiFi didn’t reach my cabin at the end (#4), but you can go down to the dining area for connection. Overall this is an excellent value choice and a highlight of my trip.
