Open plan , bedrooms clean and comfortable

Bathroom was in need of a good clean, toilet had strains under seat and on base, floor need cleaning in all corners dust and hair and the shower screen around seals on base. The road next to was very busy !! Better sofa in front room

There is so much good to say about this place! From initially booking it and the easy contact with the hosts, to checking in (very easy with clear communication of what to do) to the place itself. A brilliant find in a key place in Hereford a stones throw away from the town centre, many pubs (the important bit obviously), the river, shopping districts and a short walk to the train station. The bedrooms were comfortable, the rooms had large ceilings with work stations for laptops etc. Large fridge and microwave to help take care of last min food storage or prep.

My only niggle is that one of the windows in one bedroom that did not open and thus one of the bedrooms got VERY warm and uncomfortable. However due to the record levels of heat we've been getting that's probably not a normally occurring issue. Slept with the door ajar and that helped! Parhaps a fan in the room might help!

Central location, clear instructions for entry

Lack of available wifi, could have phoned to ask for it but shouldn’t need to in my opinion.
