Very high standard of property and furnishings. Close to city. Lovely home from home. All up to date gadgets. Very clean. Good communication with hosts. They also let me go in early.

Garden needs a bit of a tidy up.

good location close to town & free onsite parking

Initial impression was smell of something covering up smoke smell & stairwell needing painting, dead plants & weeds outside, grass growing in guttering. Heating to frost setting from 08:30 am, not suitable for holiday stay. Poor lighting, not suitable to read a book or newspaper Poor facilities (e.g. only 3 wine glasses & teaspoons), bed squeaky & too springy, dining table unstable, lounge chair dodgy legs, sofa not comfortable, tv remote dodgy, no stopper for kitchen sink, kitchen tap keep s running after turned off Windows need cleaning, coffee tables dirty Was messaged to say can use oil but none found. Another messages received @ 23:14 the night before leaving, not very considerate to people sleeping Only 3 dishwasher tablets, just 1 bin liner for kitchen bin & only one for one of small bins, no shower gel Would not recommend this place
