It has everything you need for a short stay.
Parking. I pay so it keeps the front free but the above address kept parking right out the front which woke me up every time as its loud and bright lights from the car.
This is minor. In the grand scheme of things.

Enjoyed the modern clean apartment and particularly having a garden to seat in which had some nice plants
There was quite a lot of noise from the flat above and I could clearly hear them walking about, hoovering etc from around 6am, which disturbed me for 2 nights. Unsure whether this was also a rental property.

Very comfortably appointed spaces, and best appointed kitchen in a short term rental. It was apparent the hosts take pride in their units, and that having traveled they identified how most hosts fall short in provisioning rental units. The bedroom was wonderfully large, with a very comfortable bed. The living space, while small, was functional and tastefully set up. The use of glass to make up the wall with the unit entrance was great for providing plenty of light into the apartment, and a beautiful view of the back garden area.
