I used the whatsapp information for entering, and it failed to give the vital information that before punching in the code it is necessary to press the key symbol. The local phone number was not being manned. I only got in because some other people were coming out - who had experienced the same problem.

We enjoyed our stay in Hereford but wouldn't recommend the apartment we stayed in.

really enjoyed but didn’t like the risk on the stairs

the apartment was brilliant it was just the stair were completely unsafe.

the stairs going to the property were unsafe where my partner fell down the stairs and couldn’t find any staff there to report it.

The landing areas were very echoey so was loud when people were going in and out of their rooms. Could have done with a secure area down stairs for leaving buggy’s , it was very tiring carrying the buggy up and down the stairs.

Room decor and furnishings were good. Comfy bed

No vehicular access to property. Car park over 5 min walk with cases agnd cost £14 /night. Flat up 3 flights of very steep stairs. Instructions to open door confusing. A nightmare after a long tiring day.

A nearly perfect apartment for one.

Everything about the apartment was excellent, the kitchen would benefit from a few extra items, such as a bread knife and something in the kitchen sink to catch the food rubbish. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but nothing to dreadful. Overall a really lovely place.

If the apartment had had a lift it would have scored a ten! Which to be fair is mentioned in the information about the room. And after a week I could climb all the way up to the top in one go.
