Generally clean. Comfortable beds. Clean bed linen and sufficient bedding for sofa bed. Parking is fine for 2 cars. Good location
Photos misleading regarding size of property and garden. Very wide angle lens used and garden for example appears four times bigger in photos than reality. Why disappoint guests - use representative photos. House much smaller than expected.
Garden needs attention - grass unmown, patio needs jetwashing and dead plants by fence.
Cushion covers and sofa seats need cleaning/washing.
Worst of all is the creaky bathroom floor. This needs urgent attention as impossible to use bathroom without waking other people. Bathroom sink is also noisy.
Fierce closing mechanism on bedroom doors. Nasty bruise on arm where door closed forcefully and quickly. Had to wedge towels in doorways to prevent closure.
The (very small) dining table is fully set for 4 people with soup bowls and wineglasses. Surely this should just be for photos. Presumably guests just have to put all this away before they can use the table as they need to, as we did.
