Modern, well equipped and spacious. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable.

The location is catasthrophic re approach by car, no praking space, just in public paking lots. Very disturbing the loud street just under the window, not sound proof at all. All night drunk hords were shouting under the window. The church nerby is ringing its bells in every quater hour. Sorry, but the provided ear plugs are not a reasonnable solution. I won’t sleep wearing earplugs. The 3 digit door lock code (no keys) are not safe enough I think. One of the pillow cases were dirty (make-up traces were found on it).

The noise through the night was quite loud- but it is in the centre so to be expected.

Noise. Can't do much abkut it but even midweek, it's noisy during the day and evening, even with windows closed. Worth it for the location trade off, but I can imagine on a Friday and Saturday night it could be pretty unpleasant.

the location was good and the flat was well equipped and well managed

a coffee table would have been useful in the lounge area. the access code is changed weekly and we weren’t aware of that initially. would have been good to know what it was going to change to just before it is changed. it changed whilst one of us was out and didn’t have any way to contact them.

Location wise it was perfect for what we needed for our stay , you can not be more central to Hereford. Try the Butter market, just 50 meters away Marks & Spencer's , Tesco's, Waitrose, costa coffee, beefy boys very good for good night out and all very walkable.

The noise was an issue. the Bells The Bells oh no the bells. Double glazing please. Didn't mind the the people having fun at night time but it was in January. Stairs there are too many you need a lift. It would have been nice to have a little bit more up to date info on the parking. just so people know you can drive into high town in the morning and afternoon hours only at certain times meaning you can unload luggage directly outside the apartment. That would have been nice to know please check.

given wrong entrance code via email, extremely confusing security deposit service emails saying to pay only to open the aforementioned link and read don’t pay until the day before your arrival or you may bd charged twice yet the emails continued for days prior to the trip asking me to pay it. the property was not the one advertised in the picture felt insecure after realising the codes for each room are simply combination of the same three numbers we actually entered someone else’s room and it was only after getting locked out from this room I luckily guessed the combination to get back in and retrieve our stuff before finding our actual room. very bad communication on someone’s part not to mention as previously stated it definitely wasn’t the lovely quiet house advertised in the photos on bookings it was in fact an apartment in the middle of a high street filled with drunks. honestly I felt and still feel misled and mis-sold so won’t be using this service ever again. 0/10
