Excellent location for me from railway station and situated in the High town for markets, shopping, sightseeing and visiting family. Comfortable and good lay out.
I would like to see an upgrade of the cutlery and cooking pans, as unfortunately the pans are scratched inside with damaged lining. I would like to see stainless steel pans, which I believe are much healthy.

Great communication from the host, clear instructions with codes and parking etc.. very clean, spacious, and tidy, and even milk in the fridge. The location was in the centre of Hereford so easy walking distance to restaurants etc.. perfect for us.
The only down side was the bed. Very uncomfortable, and we didn’t sleep well at all.

Excellent location
Clean and tidy. Good cooking facilities. Nice to have a fan.
There were 50 stairs to climb, for more than we expected. The washing machine wasn't in the apartment but one floor doen in a communal area.
There was no anti slip mat in the shower
The bed and sofa were clean but not very comfortable
