I got charged the £250 damage deposite twice

The accommodation was as expected.

I got charged the £250 damage deposite twice. Both deposits did get refunded to me but I was really not happy about having £250 taken out of my bank account twice.

Great location and beautiful flat

The staff was extremely stingy on toiletries and necessities. We stayed for 10 days but were only provided 3 toilet rolls, one days worth of dish soap, no toiletries or bin bags, paper towels etc. Absolute bare bones. The manual stated guests were not to wash towels because of the detergent they use, but we were not offered a towel exchange either. It was annoying to have to buy all these items that even basic accommodations provide willingly.

Comfortable and had mostly everything we needed

Location was within walking distance to every shop I was interested in, and historically it could not have been better placed.

Parking was difficult and couldn't find £5 capped car park mentioned by the hosts.

Smart lock door. Complicated to get in but once we did it was ok. Didn't like the stairs as they where very steep.

Great stay for a family wedding in Hereford

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, modern decor and very well equipped. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and 3 generations.

Comfy, clean, quick response from management.

There was no hot water on our 7pm arrival but the management team sent someone straight away and sorted it. Likewise the WiFi password was wrong in the info booklet but they sent me new password straight away on request.

Very pleasant stay in an excellent location.

Fantastic location, spacious, modern and clean.

The stairs are quite steep and narrow. Could do with fans as it does get hot in the apartment. Mirrors in the bathrooms would be nice.

Sunny week in fab Hereford

The location is excellent in a lovely part of the town, next to the gorgeous cathedral, 2 minute walk to everything, (including the bus stop for the train station) The property is high spec with everything you need and very comfortable beds and a good shower. Tea, coffee and sugar provided which is a nice touch.

Staircase is precarious if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Noise from the front of the property could be an issue for light sleepers.

Excellent location to have at your disposal while exploring hereford.

Great abode in a prime central location of Hereford. Helpful and clear instructions from the hosts on accessing the property and good response time to queries and any questions about the property. Would heartily recommend these as an option for those wishing to visit the area.

Not great options for parking as the street outside is quite busy. That being my only complaint.

Comfortable and relaxing

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, spacious and homely. Spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect location right next to the cathedral. Hosts were amazing, accommodated an early check in for us to allow us to get in to the property before a funeral we were attending. Would definitely stay there again.

Een heerlijk luxe en ruim appartement bij het prachtige centrum!

Dit is een heel ruim appartement, ook nog midden in het centrum. Kortom geweldig!

Er is geen vaatwasser. Dit is op zich niet erg, maar als er geen vaatwasmiddel is (ook niet in de afwasborstel) is dat een beetje vervelend. Natuurlijk is dit maar een klein verbeterpuntje :)
