The main room was excellent, but the other room was quite small, nowhere to put suit cases.

Overall interior design was thoughtful and attractive ,including small but lovely patio garden. Property was clean and well cared for.Everything worked. Kitchen well equipped with enough crockery to be able to have people round to eat. Effective washer-dryer and clothes horse. Fantastic to have a bath as well as 2 showers. To find a place with 3 toilets is unusual and very helpful as one of our party has a special need. Location perfect - easy walking distance of cathedral and shops, lovely nature reserve at the end of the road so good for morning walk/run. Nice touches throughout such as motion sensitive light/torch on stairs. Toiletries provided were a bit different and very nice.
It was lovely - just a couple of very minor things: handwash was empty in 2 of the bathrooms, no dishwasher tabs. Front yard & door could maybe do with cleaning and minor touching up so that the first impression does justice to the interior.Hereford’s rubbish collection system was unclear and I was troubled I couldn’t empty the bins before leaving. felt bad leaving for housekeeping as instructed. Hope they came promptly!

Excellent finish to the property furnishings
One of the bathrooms had an odour initially but this became less noticeable after run I g the shower
