Great place to stay , owner was responsive and friendly and we would happily stay again.

We liked the location and size of the house and we managed to park outside on the road. Overall the property was comfortable

The is a definite need for an extractor fan in bathroom, bath panel needs to be replaced and grouting needs to be bleached or replaced. Although the standard of cleaning is generally adequate, the oven wasn’t clean. It’s great that there are so many toiletries, cleaning products and extra things in cupboards but there’s a lot cupboard filled up with stuff . Needs long mirrors and cutlery inventory needs to be checked more regularly… only 3 forks for 4 of us 😉

Spacious comfortable accommodation, well located for Hereford city centre.

Lots of space, good to have a separate dining room, plus a large kitchen. The house was warm and cosy and conveniently situated to the city centre. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a bonus! The owner is very friendly and helpful, sorted out a couple of minor problems very quickly.

Would have preferred a kingsize bed with firmer mattress in the main bedroom, and there would be enough space as it is a large room. The bathroom would benefit from additional heating/insulation. A soft close toilet seat would be useful but that's just what we are used to!

This was one of the best properties that we have stayed in in Hereford. It is deceptively spacious and good value. It

It had two bedrooms should we have wished to have separate rooms. The kitchen and dining room were large and well equipped.

A downstairs toilet is a disadvantage in the night as you get older but it wouldn’t put me off staying again. I think if the walls were painted with silk rather than matt then scuff marks could be wiped and the finish would be better, but that is me being picky. I don’t like to see scuff marks on walls.

The property was in a good location and had been renovated to a high standard. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Booking.com didn't forward us the code for the key holder when we arrived. We had to contact the owner directly. who responded very quickly with the code.

Very comfortable, spacy and clean house, where you can find everything you need for your stay. Comfy beds and a kitchen with all the utensils . 15 minutes walk from the cathedral. Free parking. Highly recommended.

This was the best place we stayed in a 4 night tour. It was an entire terrace house, with free on street parking. They provided several nice gifts. Everything was professional, availability & communication. They had a booklet providing all necessary information. We suffered a lot with some of the other places we stayed that tour, but this stay was stress free.

A minor concern over the key box code. Not something you need when you are arriving late with no assurance.

Immaculate and recently renovated. Very well stocked with toiletries, cleaning products, tea and coffee etc. Short walk into city centre.

Road quite busy. Stairs a bit awkward as travelling with 88 year old grandmother for a wedding, plus downstairs bathroom. We managed though!

Perfect for any length of stay in Hereford

Everything we needed was there including ironing board and thinner duvets plus fan for hot weather. There was a welcome pack with all information needed which came handy. Very kind and thoughtful hosts. Property is located in a nice quiet part of town with 10 minute walk to town centre and riverside park or 5 minute drive to beautiful countryside.

A superb choice for a stay in Hereford.

The facilities were excellent and there were loads of nice touches, such as milk in the fridge. The bedding was lovely, and clean towels were provided. Also, there was a great folder telling you everything you needed to know about the house and location.

Well appointed apartment, everything required for a stay in Hereford. Nice bottle of welcome wine. Matt was an excellent host, when we had a little issue, he quickly drove by and fixed it. A pub a few doors down, and only a short walk into town.
