Excellent location and very quiet but bear in mind that not all the apartments have windows

very quiet in apartment and building even though it is in the city centre. Very clean and most appliances worked well.

No window in apartment which consequently was hot-fan and air cooling unit provided had little effect.

No external windows but window on to hallway that omitted light at night - to be fair we did know about the window situation before we arrived (after we booked) Wifi a bit slow for TV streaming, but not a real problem.

I liked the area . Wouldn't stay here again

Having to watch videos to get into the property etc. I was standing in the street where the property was located and I rang them up to ask which shops it was near. They said ' Didn't you watch a video?' When I finally got it out of them, it turned out I was only 10 meters away from the property but they were expecting me to download the video and watch it in the middle of the street. Often the code to get into the property didn't work There were bits in the bed, didn't feel very clean. Sofa very uncomfortable - from bedsit land. The light in the bathroom kept going off when I was having a shower. The light sensor didn't reach the the shower - ridiculous! They sent me 3 emails demanding to know my checkout time. They gave me 2 small towels for a 3 night stay. Said I had to pay for more They took a damage deposit that was more than the cost of the stay.

Jail unprofessional

First of all the company which is rent my house totally unprofessional. When i booked this cell sorry room it does not write anything about £250 deposites. They pushed me to pay this money without payment you can not enter the house anyway after this i entered my cell ( i called this room as a cell ) I realised that room does not have any window or fresh air for air circulation they have kitchen if you cooked something whole cell is smelling with food all days and days you can not open anywhere. However i called to Custumer service i explained then i have asthma i can not sleep here pls change my room but answer was amazing and cleverly she said that to me i can not fix new window for you. This is most professional answer in my entire life. i called booking customer service aswell no solution about my problem. Afterwards i checked HMO rules it says house has to be window for air circulation. if you want to be in a jail this is the biggest chance in your life. We will see soon in this professional company in a court

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect had access to everything I enjoyed my stay .

Clean, comfortable facilities. Welcoming and well equipped, cosy, radiators, air con.

Parking. It was advertised as parking available however this was later determined to be something that needed to be booked extra and paid for. Having parking as part of the facilities when booking is rather misleading. When trying to contact someone regarding parking I had no reply. When finally finding the car park we were then told that the car park wasn’t available and that we had to use a different one. When that car parking area was found we realised that the prices for pay and display were in fact cheaper than you were offering.

Love our stay and would use the apartments again, just not Apartment no. 2

Location - central location and designated car park was a short distance walk. Very clean and spacious apartment including the communal area. Good pubs and restaurants in the centre

Apartment we stayed in (no. 2) has no external window so felt oppressive. Doors could do with dampeners so when they close they don't bang (not great when other residents are coming back in at 2 in the morning) Beware of the seagulls...lots of them!

Excellent location in the middle of Hereford. Easy, close car parking All the amenities you might wish for.

Check in procedure. This needs some attention Try it from the perspective of a customer - get a friend to go through it.

Apartment was nicely laid out, with everything provided. Bed very comfortable. Shower excellent.

No window. Resulted in unable to cool room, or tell what the weather was like. Okay for a short stay. Fire door outside flat slammed, would recommend adding a closure arm to soften slam.
