Proximity to town (a short walk).
Comfy bed and sofa.
Very private and very quiet.
Lack of parking wasnt ideal.
It took us a while to find apartment 2, as it wasn't well signposted. This could be quickly overcome by explaining on the listing that it is the basement apartment down the steps.
The ceiling was very low! My boyfriend is 6'2" and his head was hitting the smoke alarm! Anyone above that height will struggle. I feel that this should be stated on the listing.

Good location and value for the area vs comparisons. Well stocked kitchen area and large sofa for third guest (not a pull out or proper bed though).
The property ceiling height is absolutely no more than 6ft 2 inches. I am 6ft 5in and I could not stand up straight in the basement apartment. This should have been clearly stated in the description better as it made walking around and showering very hard.
