Studio apartment in town centre.Quiet flat away from street.Staff attentive by sms and email.Entry instructions received in good time on day of arrival.Flat functioned well for a short stay and was well equipped.
TV reception ( You Tube ) rather erratic.

Very Clean spacious apartment
Minor issues -as I wasn’t travelling for leisure I remained in the property, had a take out and watched Tv. The TV was constantly pixelating which resulted in only one channel being available. At times there was no picture at all and notification to check the aerial etc.
Also it would be beneficial to have a coffee table in front of the sofa to relax and enjoy drinks/eating .

Great location, in the middle of Hereford’s market square, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. The apartment faces the back of the building, so it was super quite.
Checking in was a breeze, and having an electronic keypad was nice (no worries about losing a key)
The only minor inconvenience is that there is no air conditioning (not unusual in the UK), but the windows also don’t open, so in warm weather you can only rely on the provided fan for comfort. it worked, but opening the windows when it cooled at night would have been nice

excellent studio. clean and modern.
the green safety light in the ceiling, very bright over night, needed an eye mask. no recycling bin, although the manager did say we could collect it for pick up by cleaning staff at the end of the stay.
