Very Clean spacious apartment

Minor issues -as I wasn’t travelling for leisure I remained in the property, had a take out and watched Tv. The TV was constantly pixelating which resulted in only one channel being available. At times there was no picture at all and notification to check the aerial etc. Also it would be beneficial to have a coffee table in front of the sofa to relax and enjoy drinks/eating .

Overall an excellent experience.

Great location, in the middle of Hereford’s market square, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. The apartment faces the back of the building, so it was super quite. Checking in was a breeze, and having an electronic keypad was nice (no worries about losing a key)

The only minor inconvenience is that there is no air conditioning (not unusual in the UK), but the windows also don’t open, so in warm weather you can only rely on the provided fan for comfort. it worked, but opening the windows when it cooled at night would have been nice

the green safety light in the ceiling, very bright over night, needed an eye mask. no recycling bin, although the manager did say we could collect it for pick up by cleaning staff at the end of the stay.

Apart from the difficulties with actually getting into my room I very much enjoyed the apartment.

The location was excellent, as was the apartment which had everything I needed (although always nice to have a choice of a bath). The bed was very comfortable.

The door coded lock was not user friendly, especially if you're a woman of 4'11"! It was a little too high for me, which wouldn't have been a problem had the handle not been so difficult. It was also too high, too large and very difficult to turn. It is not what you want when arriving after a long journey and carting luggage up 2 flights of stairs! I know that I was not the only one to find the door entries difficult. It caused me quite a bit of stress. I also couldn't reach the blind cord and had to stand on the chair! I would highly recommend replacing the current system with a different (and lower!) sort of lock.
