Overall, property met my needs for this short stay (3 nights).

Location met my requirements. (re: visiting family). Property is in walking distance to the town centre, the castle green and cathedral. There is off road parking which is a bonus. However, worth knowing is that the property is on a busy road, and in a residential area. There were sachets of coffee and milk, and teabags provided.

Personally would expect a higher level of cleanliness. Where the cutlery/crockery and microwave were stored, there were cobwebs. In the shower room there were signs of damp, the toilet roll holder was rusty. The property was quite cold initially, and to keep the temperature comfortable, an additional heater was needed (this was on site). I would have expected a small fire extinguisher or fire blanket to have been in place.

Could be better but not bad for the price

A short walk to the city. Off road parking. TV with access to all freeview channels once I had retuned it correctly as a previous guest must have messed it up.

Kitchen facilities were basic - a kettle, toaster and microwave so you could scramble eggs but not fry or boil them or grill bacon etc. Some microwave crockery and a whisk would have meant better eggs. A cafetiere would have enabled better coffee and a teapot and cosy would make for better brewed tea. A comfy chair would complement the apartment nicely so you don't have to choose between a barstool and a bed.

Lovely little stay in a quiet part of the country

Very comfortable apartment with all amenities in close location to the city centre.

On the last day the overnight temperature dropped and my wife found the apartment quite cold-maybe we needed to increase the temperature on the radiator.

Ideal for a couple of days in hereford.

Location was good able to walk into city centre. The property could do with a little TLC in places and a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on to watch tv in the evening rather than the bed. We were fortunate as we had a couple of fold up chairs with us in the car.

We really enjoyed our stay and the whole place was super clean and had everything we needed. Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed every part of this stay. We hope to stay again soon we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous setup. Clean, comfortable and close enough to the town centre.

It was lovely, comfortable and clean. In walking distance to the activities I was involved in. Great to have the kitchenette, tea and coffee and a fridge. Good TV.

The lighting needed to be brighter. I struggled to do makeup in the bathroom and work at the kitchen bench as the light was behind me. This is not a criticism but a suggestion.

The location was great for walking into the city and getting around on the zipper bus. Having parking was a great asset as it is very expensive to park.

It was a bit dark inside so difficult to use kitchenette area.

We survived but lack of facilities let the property down.

Separate from the house with private entrance. Modern facilities.

Nowhere to sit comfortably other than the bed. Shower was a bit dirty with black mould. Nowhere to sit in the shower room to dry oneself and nowhere to put toiletries etc. Nowhere to put food or groceries other than fridge. Bed was too soft.

Great for a short stay if visiting in the area

Modern, quiet, very handy for town. Very private, nice little sunny area to sit out too, and off street parking.

No wine glasses! Host said not supplied as had been broken too often. But we'd arrived there after a long day of flights and trains and just wanted a glass of wine. Not the same in a highball water glass. Couldve provided nice plastic ones.

I love the location of this property not too far away from the town centre and train station very quiet throughout the night, everything was spotless and definitely cosy. I loved the little personal touches from the name of the broadband to the bedding and the window in the toilet room. I was very happy with the pricing for 2 nights and the complimentary towels and little chocolate. I loved that there were cleaning products and the essentials for a lovely cuppa. overall it was pretty much perfect.

there was nothing to dislike in this small property.

Cosy, delightful and convenient

Easy to find and park. Easy to get the keys and let myself in. Very cosy, suitable for solo traveller or young couple. Bedroom is very dark with the blinds in the morning which was surprising and lead itself to a long lay in.

Couldn’t find the wifi password. I could have texted the owner but I wasn’t in the flat for long. Mirror is in the wrong place, luckily I took an extension lead for the hairdryer.

The lighting was gloomy. I could not see at all well to do hair and makeup but that is just me. Also, it could have done with an easy chair as the wooden stools were not comfortable at all.

It was sufficient for our needs and was reasonably priced but in future would stick to Travelodge.

Location and privacy.

Very wam during day and cold at night. Nowhere to sit in comfort, and no shower instructions. No response from written request and no information regrding arrival other than timings being ok. No info re key lock, had to knock and find out. Only 0ne key whic was a problem as we were attending separate events. No information regarding leaving and waste disposal.

*Quite cold, particularly in the shower room; heater controls were not responsive - may have been relatively too large a space for them anyway. * Duvet ('clotted') and cover quite old and synthetic fabric - would be better replaced with cotton rich even at the expense of the bee theme, as we were sometimes clammy in bed despite the cold weather! * ... Extractor fan in bathroom may not have been working?

The tap in the bathroom over shots the sink and splashes be careful. Bathroom is a little cold the poor towel rank doesn't pump out much heat even on full blast. But great these are little nit-picks. Thumbs up

Great stay, location and prefect for staying for a work trip

Clear instructions on how to get to the room. Great location and parking was fab. The room was lovely and suitable for my work stay. I was worried it might be cold but it was cosy and comfortable.
