Great location and lovely clean apartment.

Location was brilliant, Property owner was very good at communicating

The noise from the street was very loud at night.

Location was excellent and the apartment was spotless. The only downside was the noise from the nightclub next door but it probably wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

It was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights

Marked location down because of the parking hassle, otherwise a great location for the city centre. Showers were great. Noisy area at night and early morning but earplugs were supplied.

I asked the host for check-in details the day before arrival. He confirmed he would but failed to do so. Parking is a huge problem. Best to arrive/depart after 6pm. Controlled loading bay opposite entrance. No free 24hr parking near the apartment. We parked in a residential street near Sainsbury's - 10-15 min walk. Lower bunk bed mattress too soft for my liking. So we didn't stay the 4th night. Sofas are uncomfortable. No dining area or dining furniture. Suggestion: Supply trays so you can eat on your lap. Nowhere to hang coats in the hallway. Insurance certificate in welcome file out of date. If you needed to boost hot water outside the timed periods, the instruction was to switch to 1 on the boiler. Could not find this. Possibly a new boiler system had been installed and instruction not updated/deleted.
