It was basic and small and cosy but was very clean and had everything we required for our stay , easy access and owners really great
Had to leave as had an emergency at home and car was blocked in but owners messaged everyone who he could to try and sort things so would be careful when parking as can get blocked in

Free parking was good. Location also good.
Room was small. Basin was located on the toilet cistern which is not so convenient when cleaning your teeth. Biggest negative was the television was very quiet and I couldn’t increase the volume.

Convenience and location
Wasn’t 100% clear whether we would get parking or not as it was 1st come 1st served- so we booked in at the the NCP
