Under the eaves was awful. Door was open. (We thought it was a cupboard). The bathroom fan didn’t work properly,

Location was perfect.

Noise in apartments above.

The apartment was bright, spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. ( flat 3). Fully equipped kitchen. Great big fridge freezer. Didn’t use the washing machine and would prefer to see a dishwasher instead. Overall clean apartment. The location is excellent! Close to amenities and attractions. Great walk around the marine lake. New theatre being built on the doorstep, to include the first ever water lights show. A family run business, very easy to contact. I spoke to a lovely lady called Jo who was more than happy to help with anything.

Bathroom was compact but perfectly useable with a good shower pressure. Parking limited but once you work out a plan it’s fine. We parked in a car park around the corner for £3 a day. Then at 6pm till 8 am on the street outside the apartment free during those hours.

Great location, clean, well equipped, apartment and amazing staff, especially Jill who deals with any issues immediately and Colin who must be the best handyman ever. Close to all amenities like shops, bars, restaurants and train station. Looking forward to staying there again.

Apartment 5 definitely needs a new mattress and a bit of a spruce up otherwise it's really good.
