Well equipped apartment on the second floor of a house situated only two or three minutes walk from Lord street. Modern, very clean and with comfortable beds.

Very little - would prefer not to be on the second floor (with heavy luggage) but that’s the extent of any complaint.

Absolute Gem!

Simply... Everything! A bottle of bubbly and birthday balloon awaited us on arrival. Aswell as a Christmas tree! The apartment was stunning, so well maintained and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We forgot tea bags and were happy to find a supply of tea, coffee, and sugar too. The apartment had everything we needed. It was so quiet and a perfect little hideaway. Will definitely stay again. Thank you, Sarah and Mark xxx

A comfortable stay in an interesting and busy area of Southport.

An easily accessible first/second floor apartment in an Edwardian villa (terrace). Very well equipped with excellent super large bed in main bedroom, and high quality TVs x 3. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen is fine for all ordinary needs. Location brilliant for the southern end of Lord Street. The information guide is useful - not sure it mentions the very nice local pub a hundred yards away or so: the Cheshire Lines which did great food at very reasonable prices along with good real ales.

Fireworks in Southport

The flat is conveniently located near Victoria Park and the Pier. It was very clean and had everything you might need during your stay. Having a keyless entry was convenient. Nice touch by leaving a bottle of wine as a welcome. Bathroom was a good size and the shower worked well. The bed was absolutely amazing, slept very well.

One of the best we've stayed in!

Lovely modern apartment, all new fittings and very spacious. The whole place was spotless and very well equipped. The extra bits (tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, biscuits) really made this apartment a step above others we have stayed in. There were fans in the rooms which was a godsend in the heat, especially as we were on the top floor. The kids loved the games. Large TV in main living area and each bedroom, which was a nice addition. Location was good, only a 5/10 min walk into Southport. Parking place was provided and instructions for check in were clear. Pretty perfect place to stay. We were impressed.

3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, not an issue for us but worth considering if you have any mobility issues. The only thing missing in this superbly equipped apartment was baking trays (made cooking pizzas a bit tricky) but other than that there was everything you could need.

Such a comfortable & enjoyable stay

The apartment was very well laid out, spacious & modern. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need including a washing machine (they even supplied the washer tablets). Great communication from the property manager. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Free parking space was an added bonus. The property is well located & we found everything within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend this apartment to family & friends. Great few days stay. Will certainly be staying here again in the future.

The only downside was no baking trays for using when cooking but we managed.

Gorgeous property. The comfiest beds and bedding. Everything you need, Tea, coffee, sugar , though we didn’t use it. A lovely bottle of dine and some biscuits, great tvs in each room. Great location just a couple of minutes e as ok yo lots of shops, bars? Cafes, etc.

Amazing clean and comfortable apartment

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and shower all worked very well, had soap and shampoo, and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could wish for. The location was also very handy and quiet (apart from the occasional sea gull!). Would definitely stay again.

There are quite a few stairs to and within the apartment. It was no problem at all for us but might be a consideration for anyone with mobility issues or small children.

Everything . This apartment is nothing short of a perfect place to stay when visiting Southport . The location with free parking , the cleanliness of the place , didn’t want to use the pristine towels they were that white 🤣and the lovely gift of a complimentary bottle of wine n little biscuits . Cleanliness and comfort top marks. Well equipped, comfy beds with televisions in each bedroom. Great walk in shower, everything spotless. Area very central and handy for Southport. Parking was free of charge. Easy check in and great communication with host, they were very helpful and sent lots of information beforehand. Helped us with luggage down the stairs when we were checking out, which we were so grateful for

Went with my mum who’s 79 and hadn’t realised it was upstairs. She made it, with a struggle and was well worth it when she got up there, but would ask for the ground floor apartment next time.

A top quality apartment, delightful host and I cannot recommend it more highly - I'd stay again !

The property has clearly recently been renovated and to a very high standard. Maja, our host, was super quick in returning emails, mainly before arrival, and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay so special. The complementary wine and goodies was a lovely welcome

The sad face is unfair because I was aware when booking that this was a 2nd floor apartment so this is NOT a criticism at all, however, if you are of older years (as was my mother who holidayed with me), or have mobility issues, I would suggest trying for the ground or first floor apartments which I'm sure are of equal quality. The second flight of stairs is within the top floor flat i.e.the flat entrance door is on the first floor landing making it feel more secure and easier moving luggage back and forth

the apartment was beautiful wish we had got the downstairs apartment as husband as copd and didn't think about stairs. But it was great well equipped everything we needed would definitely book again
