A perfect, festive family stay in a beautiful apartment with thoughtful touches and an ideal locatio

We had a truly fabulous stay and couldn’t have asked for more. A huge thank you to Tifferny for her exceptional support throughout our visit — the thoughtful Christmas touches, including treats and a tree, made our stay feel incredibly special and festive. The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly suited for our Christmas break with the children — stylish, comfortable, and immaculately presented. The location was ideal, with easy access to all of Southport’s top attractions, making everything simple and stress-free. We made wonderful family memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this place to others.

Lovely stay

The apartment was clean and very comfortable nicely decorated they even had a Christmas tree it was a nice for my little one. Everything you need was in the apartment had a lovely stay.

There was a lot of stairs to get to the apartment with a 2 year old it was a struggle, maybe apartment 1 would have been better suited. There is a strong smell of damp in the stair way, it is a very old building the smell was not in the apartment.

A nice trip

The property was a real diamond in the rough. It was accessed down a back alley that wasnt great, and had an awful smell. The inner Building also didn't give us much hope as it was dusty and damp smelling. The apartment however was huge, warm, airy, clean and comfortable. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, and the beds were really comfortable. The smart tvs were a bonus.

There could have been a few extra bits such as scissors and a bottle opener, and the fridge needs sorting as there was ice all over the back of it which frozen some of our food. Just as a side note as well, the blinds do not meet safety regulations as the cords are free hanging. They need to be secured to the wall to avoid being a strangulation risk. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

A great, centrally located property, perfect for an old school friends reunion!

Great location in the centre of town. The apartment was well equipped with a wonderful large and spacious living area

The fire door closures on all the doors (except bathroom) were very strong and extremely slow to close. Hopefully the owners can adjust them to make them more user friendly. Previous guests had obviously felt frustrated by the slow closure of the front door and had yanked on the door handle because it fell off in our hands at the beginning of our stay and unfortunately wasn't fixed before we left.

Fabulous weekend away

Beautiful apartments really well decorated and spacious. Found the beds comfy was perfect from start to finish. Tiffany was absolutely amazing when we needed some help as we was at the wrong place 😂 nothing was too much trouble. Really lovely woman and we will definitely be back again

Location . The heart of everything, not to far to anywhere ♥️

We knew about the stairs, but hard work carrying luggage up. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, but it didn't really affect getting clean.

The rubbish and smell on the street where the entrance is and the blinds at the windows can't be raised on most windows to see Lord Street as the pulleys no longer work.

Beautiful Lord Street

Stunning apartment, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and everything you need. Really comfortable beds and nice fluffy towels. Great view out of the large windows onto Lord Street.

Disappointed

Not a particularly safe entrance for someone traveling alone, especially at night. Entrance was not on lord street but Hume street. Even though the properties our advertised as lord street lofts. Hard to find if on foot, not near the train station. Hard to get an internet signal. No lift, or help with suitcases. No mirrors in bedrooms. Microwave smelled awful after use. First apartment offered was dark and uninviting, because of apartment door not closing properly was moved to lower floor apartment which was a much nicer flat. No air con for very hot days !

Perfect location and exceptional facilities

Absolutely wonderful accommodation, very clean, modern and in a fantastic location. Close to everything. You can tell lots of thought has been put in to this place, from all the beautiful decor, the cleanliness, the equipment and facilities. I can't think of anything that would have made it a better stay. There's everything you could want or need and more. The access and key collection was easy to understand and simple to follow. There is an NCP car park 2mins away that was safe and secure and was only roughly £5 for 24hrs. There's shops and supermarkets close by to grab your bits like milk etc

Location excellent, comfortable beds lovely spacious apartment.

In entering the main building there was a bad smell like damp we realised it was coming from a basement and once we got upstairs we couldn't smell it, it was just in the hallway at the bottom of the staircase. Would have given this apartment 10 out of 10 otherwise and it hasn't put us off we would absolutely go back.

Ruined weekend away

The apartment is beautiful and the location is great. However, our weekend was ruined, because of building work in the shop beneath the apartment. Banging and drilling from early morning until 8pm in the evening. It was a treat for my birthday and we just wanted a nice peaceful weekend away..

An amazing luxury apartment, within a super location

Amazing apartment with everything you need and more. All TVs are smart too, so added bonus. This is a luxury apartment which has been decorated to a very high standard and we were gobsmacked by the size of it. We always stay in apartments when we travel and this has been the best by far. Our two boys loved their stay in the double bed and did not want to leave. It has an amazing location and is close to everything. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Southport.

Fantastic hosts and incredible apartment!

The loft itself is incredible, its finished to an exceptional standard with every detail accounted for. The host was super helpful on arrival and even let us check in early to enjoy our stay, we will 100% be returning.
