Easy check-in with codes. Can come and go as you please, no restrictions on access between check-in and checkout times. Clean spacious cosy 2 bedroomed apartment. Both double rooms. 1 bedroom with a TV. Free WiFi. TV in sitting area also. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy sofas in kitchen/lounge area. Spacious bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, large sink and mirror area. Close to both Lord Street and Marine Lake areas for walking and restaurants etc.

There was parking out the front but this was all taken when I arrived. The owner messaged back promptly advising I could park in the property next door so that worked fine overnight. I did book this property because of the EV charger and I had messaged and been told I would be able to use it if available, so I was aware it might not be a possibility. As it turns out it wouldn't have been accessible anyway due to the way the other cars were parked and it was a 3 pin socket so I wouldn't have had the correct cable anyway. I came for a funeral and I couldn't find anywhere in the bedrooms to hang my suit, there are drawers in the bedrooms but no wardrobes and no hooks on the doors. I only realised in the morning that there are hooks on the back of the main door that leads in to the sitting room from outside. I slept in the room with the TV but the fitted sheet wasn't quite big enough for the bed and kept riding up so sleep was slightly disturbed. All minor issues and I would stay here again, a good value stay, but it would be helpful to know that parking can be in neighbouring property because I ended up parking a little distance away in the next street and carrying luggage back to the property on check-in. Thank you. One other minor thing, I spent a while looking for the light switch for the bedroom corridor only to later realise these were automatic on/off lights so some kind of sign indicating this might be helpful.

Location was perfect , local shops and cafes and a short walk to sea front
