About this apartment rental

Lovely ground floor apartment newly refurbished.

Open the front door directly into the cozy lounge, with a comfortable couch, footrest, armchair, coffee tables, television, desk and dining area that sits four.

The hallway is straight ahead - on the right you will find a good sized double bedroom with ample storage and its own ensuite with a spacious shower, handwash, shower gel and shampoo provided. This bedroom has patio doors that open onto the courtyard which makes it light and airy and a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Further down the hallway on the right hand side is the second bedroom again with plenty of space and its own en-suite.
On the left of the hall is a fitted kitchen with intergrated washer, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer and selection of crockery & utensils for you to use. Past the kitchen is your lounge with two 4 seater sofas, smart TV,

Beach house 2 bedroom apartment is a lower ground floor apartment with no stairs , so is suitable for guests with mobility issues.

We can provide up to 2 baby cots on request subject to availability and bedding if required. Please don't hesitate to share your needs with us, so we can make your stay enjoyable and stress free.

Shopping amenities such as Morrisons superstore is 1 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk down beautiful Rotten Row or through Victoria Park.
