Oké but small problems with electricity .

The apartment is very tired and needs refurbishing, the air-conditioning unit is full of debris. Not serviced from new and therefore, not very effective, when we arrived, there were five lightbulbs not working. The oven and washing machine both caused the electric to strip off, the dining table and only two chairs need replacing, the drawer units below the TV need replacing, owing to the fact that the drawers do not operate The shaving light in the shower room does not work. Also, the water is very slow to drain from the shower tray. On the balcony, there is lots of broken beach chairs and three broken sunshades. The bedding is of very poor quality as are the towels., The crockery is a mishmash, and we found it to be dirty, had to thoroughly clean before use

Extremely well located, being on the edge of a small town, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Stunning beach views. Apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 2/3 people. Would stay there again.

Great position for everything !!! Furnishings a little tired dining table & chairs poor quality ( ie I beach chair ) bedding very poor. Illuminated mirror in the bathroom kept tripping the electrics could be potentially dangerous .kitchen sink not operative had to purchase washing up bowl .roller blind in the bedroom was broken so was quite a light room with neighbours using their lights at night. We enjoyed our stay very much as our last visit to Moraira was 24 years ago when we used to holiday there with our children in a friends villa & it was lovely to be able to revisit & see how the place had changed (an awful Lot ) but what an amazing place it now is & how well maintained & looked after by the authorities that govern the area . We would certainly love 💕 to return .

The apartment location, view and amenities are without doubt first class in all respects and cannot be faulted. Whilst clean the bedding and linen in general had seen better days and are well below expected standards for this 5 star rated property. In addition the sofa whilst comfortable was in desperate need of recovering or better still replacement as the faux leather surface was crumbling and non existent in large areas. I am sure the owners will address these minor problems for the peak season and when done the apartment will be absolutely first class.

Yes, we did enjoy our stay despite the condition of the apartment, so in our opinion John & Michael do not deserve more bookings until they treat their guests as guests rather than cleaners and have some urgent work done there. 1) The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. 2) The bedclothes and towels were lying in a heap on the floor, presumably unwashed. 3) The cleaner could not be contacted. 4 ) The key holder advised that we should do the cleaning and washing ourselves. We did ! 5 ) After heavy rain on the first night the bedroom window frame leaked, soaking a pile of our clothes underneath. 6) The bathroom window frame also leaked soaking the towels underneath. 7 ) After the rain the window wall in the bedroom had patches of damp both above and below the window and both sides because obviously the wall is porous. 8) Clearly both old window frames need replacing urgently. 9) Whomever maintains the ‘light well’ in the centre of the apartments, which forms the walls of both bedroom and bathroom, needs to waterproof the external walls or better still re-render them with waterproof render. 10 ) The settee / Sofa bed is shedding it’s fake leather fabric, thus covering the floor every day with small white flakes of whatever synthetic the cover is composed of. Therefore one needs to vacuum every day. It needs replacing. 11) Why, when we claimed for the washing and drying of their bedclothes, towels, our clothes, vacuuming and cleaning the apartment and emptying the bucket under the air conditioning unit which catches the perpetual dripping water on the balcony every day for three weeks, do they, without a word of apology grant us a refund of 60€ with the curt note " 3 hours cleaning @ 20€ " Other than that we had a great time BUT won’t be going back.

The Apartment was excellent and with a fantastic view . The area is restaurant after restaurant , so if you don't fancy cooking for yourself then your in restaurant heaven . My wife and i will certainly be booking this Apartment again , it's got everything you need , it's a home from home with the sun . I give this Apartment and location a 100% rating and excellent value for money .

We found the apartment tastefully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels smelled clean and fresh.The area was quiet during our stay,in February. It had a very homely feel. The facilities in the kitchen area were adequate and a boon having a dishwasher. The cooker and hob of a high standard. Everything to make it an enjoyable stay was provided. John the manager was on hand for advice and problem solving if required.

there are a few minor things that could be sorted, but to be honest it was a home from home experience for me. I felt like it was mine from the off. Loved it is the only way to sum my stay up. Thank you John a perfect gent who put me at ease immediately. Can’t wait to return.

You can while away your time looking at the view which is ever-changing from morning to night. The lift takes you down and you're straight into the town with bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal for a couple with plenty of room and a very comfortable bed.

Fantastic Location

We wanted a base to explore the area by bike and then be close to food in the evening. This is what you get with this apartment. It is well equipped, the building is secure and it has underground parking - all good. If you are of a nervous disposition, getting to the parking is via a very snug lift however it does work very well. We had some issues when we first arrived however these were sorted out quickly for us. Very enjoyable stay.

Moraira is beautiful and this was an excellent apartment. Loads of space, nicely furnished. Large balcony overlooking the beach. I stayed during February but I am sure this would be the perfect apartment and location for those summer holidays. Beach within spitting distance, the area surrounded by shops, banks and restaurants and the best restaurant on the ground floor of the block - Vivaldi. Accommodation came with secure garage car parking, easy access to the apartment, so suitable for those like myself ancient and with reduced mobility. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks in this lovely apartment. The owner sent someone around (John) to meet us, he was pleasant and helpful. It is very clean, the bed was very comfy and large, also very good internet and good sized tv with English channels. We also brought our car which we kept in the secure underground car park. There were also amazing sunsets from the large balcony almost every night. Plenty of restaurants nearby, nice resort, we were very chilled and relaxed here. We would definitely use this apartment again if we come back to Moraira.

This is a beautiful apartment with great facilities. Everything you need is provided for your stay. The location is ideal for the beach and town. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. It is very central but it's quiet we were never disturbed at night time. The owner Michael is very helpful and replied to any messages promptly. 5 stars***** thoroughly recommend ! Thank you for a lovely stay!
