Heerlijk verblijf alleen terras was een teleurstelling
Prima accommodatie, schoon, perfecte ligging, heerlijke bedden, keukenuitrusting gedateerd maar volledig, heerlijke douche. Zeer comfortabel appartementen voldoende linnengoed aanwezig voor ons verblijf van een maand.
Het balkon/terras is kaal, ongezellig en er valt dagelijks water en rommel van het dak, waardoor het steeds vies is je niks buiten kunt laten liggen en als je was wil drogen kan dat in 1 klein hoekje anders is het weer vies voor het droog is. Er staat alleen een verroeste tafel met 4 stoelen, dat viel erg tegen. Geen terras om een avondje te zitten of eten. Auto parkeren op eigen plek onder de accommodatie niet mogelijk/te krap. Maar op de grote gratis parkeerplaats dichtbij staat de auto prima.

La ubicación del apartamento y el apartamento en si. Era cómodo y tenía dos habitaciones con armario.
Terraza grande que daba sombra a la mañana y a la noche .

No suelo quejarme, pero en esta ocasión, hubo varias cosas que no fueron en mi opinión como deberían.
El apartamento está gestionado por Turisol, que no aportó nada a la gestión alquiler desde el punto de vista de inquilino.
No me gustó la foema de pago: adelanto por transferencia fuera de booking .Tuve que llamar primero paea que me confirmaran que el método de pago era ok, porque mandan mails a parte con número de cuenta para enviar dinero.. . Que parecian fraude...
Después, la recogida de las llaves. Fue en un pueblo a 10km de Moraira en carretera con muchas curvas y con horario reducido, en su agencia.
Según nos vieron llegar, nos avisaron que nuestro coche no entraba en el parking . Tenemos un mazda 3. Coche bastante standar.
Nos molestó mucho el comentario, ya que una de las razones de elegir ese apartamento era que tuviera parking. Pero no es un parking operativo para coches y eso debería indicarse. La respuesta fue, en los comentarios sí se dice que es pequeño, no en el anuncio.
De hecho, en el parking no había coches aparcados. Había carros o motos .
Carteles de manten la cocina limpia, pero sin fairy. Lo compramos nosotros. Nosotros somos de dejar las cosas limpias, pero creo que los medios, se pueden facilitar.
Papel higiénico, un rollo para toda la semana, sin papel de cocina...Poco detalle.
El último dia hubo un corte de agua. Nos enteramos por los vecinos, a los que sí se les había avisado. Cuando llamé para preguntar, me confirmaron el corte de agua, pirque les había avisado el propietario, pero no consideraron oportuno avisarnos.
Si no hay gestión, para mi, es mala gestión.

Vakantie in Moraira
Ruim appartement, ruim balkon, ruime slaapkamers. Locatie is echt in het centrum, strand, winkels, restaurants, supermarkt alles binnen 5 min loopafstand.
Appartement zeer compleet met huisraad.
Omdat dit appartement midden in het centrum ligt hadden wij in de nacht wel last van het uitgaanspubliek ( veel schreeuwen) maar dat was ook een beetje te verwachten gezien de ligging.
Zoek je een leuk appartement goed gelegen en neem je de herrie snachts voor lief dan is dit een echte aanrader!
En ook complimenten aan de verhuurder, bij vragen reageerden ze snel en met goede oplossing!.
De autolift is een uitdaging, wij hadden een middelgrote auto dit kon nog net.
