We stayed for 4 nights over New Year and the apartment was a perfect location to stumble back to after a fantastic night

Location. The location of the property was perfect. It is in the centre of Moraira minutes from shops bars and the beach. It had secure indoor parking and everything you need for a stay. It was clean and tidy with plenty of crockery and utensils. Lots of wardrobe space and towels. Wi-Fi and Netflix was available. The balcony at the back caught the sun and overlooked a little park and you could even see a little of the beach!

The location was perfect, close to the restaurants and to the beach. But the street itself was peacefull. Also the owner was very well reachable and was already present at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and the furniture was nice.

The beds are a little bit hard and the airconditioning didn’t work at the time we where there. It could not be turned off only adjust the temperature. what Caused us a cold on the first night.

L’appartamento è spazioso e climatizzato, il climatizzatore è molto silenzioso, poi si trova in pieno centro a Moraira con tutto a portata di mano, è molto pulito e accessoriato di tutto e molto funzionale, ha una grande smart tv e il Wifi é perfetto! In dotazione ci sono anche sdraio, ombrellone e teli da spiaggia, c’è anche un posto auto dedicato in garage. I letti sono molto comodi, tendenti al duro. Le foto sono veritiere. Il titolare Daniel è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo senz’altro!

Ecco, le uniche piccole pecche sono davvero piccolezze che comunque non ci hanno impedito di godere appieno della struttura, servirebbero delle zanzariere per poter tenere aperte le finestre senza dover usare il climatizzatore, perché purtroppo ci sono zanzare, e sarebbe utile anche una tendina alla finestra del bagno in suite per schermare il sole pomeridiano, poi riparare lo smalto sbeccato e lo scarico molto lento della vasca da bagno e controllare la flebile pressione dell’acqua del rubinetto del bidet.

Er zijn twee badkamers, 1 met douche en 1 met bad. Wij konden om redenen niet in bad douchen maar de douche is piepklein, je kunt alleen ronddraaien.

Heerlijk. Alleen heel jammer dat het weer tegen zat. Weinig zin gezien.

De ligging. Winkels, terrasjes, zee, supermarkt om de hoek en zon op balkon. Heel rustig gelegen aan een pleintje.

Alles prima. Douche een beetje aan de kleine kant maar douchen in bad in 2e badkamer is ook mogelijk

Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt mit unkomplizierter Übernahme und Abgabe der sympatischen Wohnung.

Eine nicht sehr grosse, helle Wohnung an idealer Lage im Zentrum. Das Wohnzimmer ist grosszügig, die Schlafzimmer ausreichend gross mit den typischen Wandschränken. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr neu, aber in gepflegtem, sauberen Zustand.

An der Wohnung hat es nichts auszusetzen gegeben.
