Fabulous apartment, right in the centre with great cooking facility and very clean
I booked this for the kitchen facilities as we didn’t know how many restaurants would be open the first week of January. As it turned out, we ended up eating in 6 nights out of 7 and the facilities were great for cooking. It had everything you needed. Even at this time of year the accommodation was toasty warm and we didn’t have the heating on all the time but it despite being winter it was a cosy place compared to a similar place we stayed in Spain in winter.
We didn’t use the under ground car park as it seemed too tight to drive into with the size of car we had. We didn’t feel comfortable trying it and potentially causing damage to the vehicle.

The apartment was modern and clean with all the facilities you'd need.
The apartment was perfect but the view was not exceptional - overlooked by others - a personal viewpoint. The balcony and windows looked northwards and so never got any sun. I appreciate nothing could be done to improve this as its the position of apartment within building.

Appartement correspondant à nos attente et aux descriptifs.
Nous avons déjà loué cet appartement l'an dernier. Il est bien situé dans Moraira, propre avec des équipements corrects. Nous avons récupéré les clefs à l'agence comme convenu et avons pu laisser les clefs à l'intérieur comme convenu à l'agence à la fin, car nous devions partir tôt.

Muy buen apartamento
Muy bien la limpieza..Está muy bien equipado. El menaje de cocina. Buen aire acondicionado, electrodomesticos y mobiliario La ubicación, está cerca de todo. La orientación al norte se agradece mucho en verano.
Que no nos avisaran de un corte de agua q duró 12 horas. El poco caudal de agua que sale por los grifos q creo q es problema de la zona. Que tengas q recoger las llaves lejos del apartamento. La plaza de parking es bastante incómoda y no sé si un coche grande cabría. Las alcachofas de la ducha deben cambiarlas. Se sale el agua del bidé. De estas dos últimas cosas di parte.
