La ubicación
La recogida de llaves en inmobiliaria a varios kilometros (aunque los empleados fueron atentos en todo momento) y fallos y mejoras obligadas en mantenimiento de apartamento. Los plomos de luz saltaron 2 veces, la presión de agua es mínima, el ascensor de la comunidad se averiaba todos los días y no habia algunas cosas básicas de todo apartamento alquilado. Por ejemplo, el bote de jabón de manos vacío, al menos un rollo de papel de cocina deberían de tener, etc.

I booked this for the kitchen facilities as we didn’t know how many restaurants would be open the first week of January. As it turned out, we ended up eating in 6 nights out of 7 and the facilities were great for cooking. It had everything you needed. Even at this time of year the accommodation was toasty warm and we didn’t have the heating on all the time but it despite being winter it was a cosy place compared to a similar place we stayed in Spain in winter.
We didn’t use the under ground car park as it seemed too tight to drive into with the size of car we had. We didn’t feel comfortable trying it and potentially causing damage to the vehicle.

Nous avons déjà loué cet appartement l'an dernier. Il est bien situé dans Moraira, propre avec des équipements corrects.
Nous avons récupéré les clefs à l'agence comme convenu et avons pu laisser les clefs à l'intérieur comme convenu à l'agence à la fin, car nous devions partir tôt.
