Loved so much about this property. Spotlessly clean. Amazing location. Well equipped. Rooftop terrace was fabulous! Our hostess Gladys was very professional, exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Only one mirror in dark hallway. Would love mirrors in bedrooms. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Bedside lamps in bedrooms would be a great addition too. Better lighting in kitchen area. Water pressure in shower was low. A bit of modernisation would really up-level the property. In saying all of that, we still loved it.

Amazing rooftop!

Amazing roof top. Air-con or fan in all rooms. Great location in the middle of Moraira but still not too noisy at night.

Only one bathroom with bad smell if you forget to cover the shower drain as recommended. Small kitchen. Some noise from the street can be heard in the main bedroom if window left open.

The apartment was spotless and very spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped and the shower worked well. The location was excellent in the centre of Moriara, the lift worked well, the rooftop was fabulous, the host was very welcoming and friendly.

Location was central, fab host, lovely apartment, great roof terrace with all you need for a chilled stay.

Maybe we could have done with extra bedding, as there was only a top sheet.

The air con was good. The roof terrace is wonderful....a little more light wouldn't go amiss. Brilliantly convenient in the centre of town.

Exceptional

Location is just perfect right in the centre close to the port, close to the beach, close to restaurant, bar ... just perfect. Terrasse upstair has a fantastic view, and when the sun is setting it is just amazing. The manager is also very nice e.

Maybe something like a jacuzzi or a small pool. A but difficult after a hot day at the beach and not being able to cool down in a bit of water ;-)

Alojamiento bien ubicado en un pueblo precioso de Alicante. No le falta de nada para poder pasas unos, destacar la limpieza ya que es de agradecer y lo recomiendo ya que también calidad-precio es de lo mejorcito de la zona. La terracita también es maravillosa con unas buenas vistas.

Een heerlijke plek om bij te komen en te genieten, met alles dichtbij.

Geweldige locatie. Direct in het centrum op de 5e etage. Airco in de woonkamer en in 1 slaapkamer. Ondanks de hoge temperaturen was het nergens in het appartement te warm. Alles is aanwezig: koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, oven, barbeque (bakplaat op gas), stijkplank/ijzer, wasmachine, kluisje. Op de verdieping ook een balkonnetje waar je met 4 personen kunt zitten/eten. Met een wenteltrap kun je naar het dakterras, waar ook de bbq staat, ligbedden, loungehoek en picknicktafel. Prachtig uitzicht en savonds heerlijk om te relaxen. Parkeren op 50 meter in een koele parkeergarage met eigen plek. Een supermarkt met uitgebreide keuze om de hoek, tot 00.00 u open en een bakker. Barretjes en restaurants direct bij het appartement en in de omgeving, waar je in het appartement niets van hoort. Op 10 min rijden zijn ook andere grote supermarkten zoals de Lidl, Aldi. Voldoende keuze. Strand is 5min. lopen, met een grote strandtent waar je kunt zitten, of je bestelling meenemen naar het strand, dan schenken ze in plastic bekers. Binnen 30min rijden kun je diverse leuke plaatsen bezoeken. Bij elke stad is wel een groter parkeerterrein waar je gratis kunt parkeren. In het hoogseizoen konden wij altijd vrij eenvoudig een plek vinden. De omgeving voelt erg veilig en ook met

Geen vaatwasmachine. 1 toilet in de badkamer zonder ventilator, dus wat meer afstemming nodig wie wanneer douche/ toilet gebruikt. Kleine lift (max. 4 pers.).

La estancia durante esta semana ha sido agradable

El apartamento es comfortable y tranquilo, el aire acondicionado funciona correctamente, el salón y las habitaciones están bien de tamaño, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir andando a todos sitios y la terraza de arriba en verano es muy agradable por la noche.

No había aire acondicionado en dos de las habitaciones, sólo ventilador de techo, lo que suponía que había que dejar las puertas abiertas de las habitaciones para que entrara el aire acondicionado del salón con la consiguiente perdida de intimidad, no había lavavajillas y hay un sólo baño lo que supone una pequeña limitación si vas en grupo. El equipamiento a nivel de cubiertos y otros menajes en la cocina es bastante básico. La escalera de subida a la terraza de arriba es un peligro.
