The only negative would be lack of air-conditioning, which I assume you would want in the height of summer.

Best location in Moraira

The location of this apartment is outstanding, being in the centre of Moraira and on the seafront. Views from the living room and terrace are breath-taking. Nice bars and restaurants next door. The bathroom has a good shower. The kitchen is well outfitted and with some supplies (eg coffee capsules etc.) provided. The apartment is not airconditioned but has ceiling fans. Host very friendly and communicative.

I would have rated this apartment 10 out of 10 if the main bedroom was airconditioned and with a proper kingsize bed instead of a "twijfelaar".

Beautiful ocean front family apartment.

Loved the location, value for money and easy communication with the owners, Ivan. Also loved that he was able to pick us up at the neighboring towns bus stop.

The tv would be better upgraded to a smart TV.

The location is great with everything on your doorstep. Communicating with the owner was so easy and collecting the keys was also great! I opted for the paid underground parking but there was street parking available (paid) and also over by the marina there was a parking area.

Not sure I have anything we didn't like.

Moraira is beautiful and this apartment is in the center of it.

Location on the seafront couldn't be better. Friendly communicative host. The apartment facilities were excellent. Off road garage parking was available for an extra 9 Euros and also free parking was available in a car park behind the beach only a 100m walk from the apartment.

Some of the decor in the apartment is dated. Some noise early in the morning due to street cleaning (but that comes with the excellent sea front location). Neither of these spoiled our stay.

Did not return security deposit

Should be banned from advertising on Booking.com

Paid the owner €150 as security deposit by immediate bank transfer for our 3 night stay, owner was very happy with apartment when we left and said they would return the deposit straight away back into our account, a week later and only €95 returned, when I contacted them they said they had returned the full amount it must be our bank has taken fees!!! It was a euro account I was using so no exchange rates and the bank confirmation to me that they had taken no fees. When asked for evidence by myself and Booking.com, they just sent a screenshot of the transaction with no evidence that the transaction was actually completed. So the owner pocketed €55 and it was very bad of Booking.com also to just accept this screenshot then not respond to any further questions I asked them regarding this dispute.

Cold, wet, miserable, food poisoning for 1 month after eating at local restaurant the last evening.🥲

The apartment was fine but we were limited to what we could do as many of the places we visited weren’t open.

A relaxing weekend of doing nothing, with plenty of warm sunny weather.

Great Views of the sea and coastline, ideal location for everything you need. (please note you are directly above a Bar and a Shop, which does make a lot of noise in the mornings setting up (around 9am), we did not find this a problem, but you might if you like lazy mornings in bed...)

There wasnt anything i would say i didnt realy like, it was a comfortable apartment with fantastic views.

Location was superb with amazing sea front views

Quite noisy due to bar/restaurant below. Amenities were a bit tired and some of the facilities require upgrade or replacement. Very hot, no aircon.

Lovely apartment. Great location fantastic view and lovely balcony to watch world go by, plenty of space and everything we needed. Owner couldn't have been more helpful

Very noisy at night even in November when the town is much quieter than summer so just bear that in mind if you have trouble sleeping!

Buen apartamento pero demasiado ruidoso si quieres descansar y dormir tranquilo

Apartamento amplio con todas laa necesidades para cubrir la estancia.

La ducha no tragaba y es demasiado ruidoso en verano, era bastante complicado dormir, dado que había mucho ruido si dejabas las ventanas abiertas. Sólo hanía silencio entre las 2 y las 6 am. Y si quieres dormir con las ventanas cerradas, con el ventilador de techo hace calor.
