Notice – Patron Saint Festivities: Moraira's patron saint festivities are normally celebrated between 13 and 23 July, with the main days being 15 and 16 July. During that week there are fireworks, mascletás, processions and night-time concerts, creating a very lively atmosphere throughout the town. Due to the apartment's location, there is more noise and movement at night during those dates. For many guests it is a vibrant and authentic experience, but if you are looking for maximum tranquillity, we recommend you take this into account before booking.
Notice – Community Rules: The apartment belongs to a homeowners' association, so it is mandatory to respect the cohabitation rules, rest hours and proper use of common areas. Failure to comply with these rules or any behaviour that causes disturbance may result in the total loss of the deposit.
IMPORTANT:
- Groups of young people under 30 years of age are not admitted, unless accompanied by an adult of older age. If this rule is breached, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
- No pets of any kind are allowed. We apologize.
- No large-scale celebrations are permitted. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. No more people than the property's capacity are permitted to stay overnight in the dwelling.
- Smoking and lighting candles inside the dwelling are prohibited.
