La ubicación
El piso necesita un poco de reforma, la ventanas son antiguas y hay muchísimor ruido de la calle, los colchones están penosos y el sofa muy viejo y sucio. Puertas de baño qué no cierran, huecos en el techo falso, etc. Otros detalles como sumideros atascados, hacen que el piso pierda mucho su encanto.
