Spectacular penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the center of Moraira, with fantastic see views. The apartment has around 140 m2, a room with double bed, bath inside the main room and direct exit to the terrace. The second room has two single beds and exit to another terrace. Bath with shower in the hallway also it has washing machine and dryer. A fully equipped closed kitchen with dishwasher. Large living room, sofa bed with double bed, flat TV, WiFi and direct exit to the fantastic terrace. A Terrace with 50 m2 with sea views, from where you can appreciate the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, which delights us the Mediterranean. You will be 150 meter from la playa L'Ampolla, sandy beach and within the urban area where you will enjoy shoping and all services.

One of the most breath-taking views I have ever woken up to. The roof terrace fully wraps around one corner of the apartment. It is right in the centre of Moraira close to the beach and all main restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Great property, clean tidy ready to move in. Location is the great thing about this property. Great outside space over looking the beach. In centre of Moraira everywhere within a few minute walk. Got a garage so no parking issues . If I was being over critical the apartment is looking a bit tired but I would still stay here again.
