4 Bed House - contractors - families - relocators

We liked everything about this property. It was spacious, exceptionally clean and the kitchen/ bathroom / separate toilet were completely modern and new. Its a big property with 4 bedrooms and accommodated my partner and I and our 6 children with ease. Every bed had its own bath/hand towel and little toiletries. Such a nice added touch with the individual shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. There was tea/coffee facilities at the ready, which was great to see as we didnt arrive until 8pm ish and hadn't been to the shops yet. Beds were comfortable, the location was spot on for us. With shops/supermarkets all within 5/10 minute drive. We have to give a special mention to the owner Jon. We were originally booked to stay at a completely different property (no link to this) booked via booking . Com and it was cancelled on us last minute. We spent over 3 hours stranded trying to sort this with booking . Com via their customer service, we ended up booking this new accommodation and as soon as we got this one booked I called Jon via the number provided and he couldn't have been any nicer taking our call on a friday evening around 7/8pm telling us exactly what we needed to do to get checked in, get to the property and locate the keys. Such a seemless process considering I was calling him 5 minutes after booking the accommodation. Will definitely stay here again on our annual Alton towers trip. Thanks to Jon for helping us when we were stressed and exhausted after a long day on the road from 5am.
