About this apartment rental
This 2nd floor Balcony suite is the perfect seaside retreat. It is a great spot if you need separate bedding for your company staying in the living room. This suite has two twin Murphy beds in the living room, for those who would find it awkward to sleep together. There is a flat screen TV and the view can be enjoyed from the sofa or the Murphy beds. This condo has the popular tv channel line up included, which is an upgrade for our complex. The balcony has an adorable table for two and a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner flat top stove and oven and a separate area for the kitchen table, the perfect pelican perch. A mirrored wall in the kitchen area catches another view of the ocean. The bathroom has more of that coastal charm, tub/shower combo with rainwater shower head, tile surround and adorable seaside accents. The private bedroom is carpeted and has the comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. This suite is comfortably appointed for an enjoyable seaside themed stay. NO PETS ALLOWED

Definitely enjoyed our view and room. Very happy the pool was clean, heated and warm on the warmer days! the downside was the obviously tired check in employee who started the process by asking if we smoke and warning us about all the other rules that required our initialing each one. One rule was that a refund would not be given if we left earlier than our reservation end date. Made us wonder if they have a lot of disgruntled customers. It was Not at all a welcoming greeting for our long awaited vacation. The other downside was the uphill trek to get up to the building. Ramps were available once you get to building , but you have to hunt for luggage carts above the ramps and then backtrack to car. Tiring! Grumpy employee and hardline rules will keep us from coming back.
