About this apartment rental
This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus is a great spot to enjoy the ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ceiling fan and a 40" flat screen TV. This condo is tiled throughout and has extra drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Mirrored walls provide extra reflections of the ocean waves. There is a 4 burner stove with oven and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom was remodeled with a newer tub with grab bar. There is a new plush King Sized Serta mattress and 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Tile and a ceiling fan and horizontal blinds make this room extra comfortable. This could be the perfect beach condo for your next stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Outstanding view, great accommodations, quick response to issues, super housekeeping. Wonderful firm walking beach, it’s dog friendly but clean and no barking. When it’s windy the pool offers a sheltered sunning location but sitting on the beach is fabulous.

We stayed in January for our 42 Anniversary and book again the past weekend 8-12-8-15-2021. We love this place, it's everything I've been looking for all these years. I can, see, hear, smell the beach and see the sun rise if I'm awake room 426. Will be going back in September, but will be in a different room due to upgrade work being done in "our" room. Try this place I don't think you'll be disappointed, it's very reasonable in our opinion, hope to be able to spend a whole week sometime in the future, maybe on our 43 Anniversary
