Looking for some Florida cheer? You'll find it in this lovely 3rd floor Balcony Suite Plus. Recently renovated throughout, this unit is perfect for the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave and large refrigerator. The great ocean view peaks through the sliding glass door in the living room. There are comfortable sling chairs on the balcony and a table just large enough to enjoy an ocean front meal. The two twin murphy beds in the living room were recently added; they are the perfect spot to enjoy the large 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom is delightful with a new tub and surround grab bar. The private bedroom has a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The tile throughout is cheerful and easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, keep the unit breezy. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

This rental was a great fit for our small family of 4 (5y/o & 1y/o). It was very clean and had all the essentials. The Murphy beds were a hit and a great way to have space during the day. The pool and boardwalk to the beach made our days outside much easier when hauling everything you need for a day out. About 20 minutes away from St Augustine if you need a water break. Would recommend & truly enjoyed!

New favorite place on the east coast of Florida!Condo was clean and right on the beach, with only a short walk to the water. Loved having the convenience of the pool. One of the best features was the meeting room, where our family gathered for a family reunion. The condo was reasonably priced as well. We will be back!

The bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay. The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and the handle actually broke off needing maintenance to come repair. There was sand in the bed sheets in the bedroom. No extra dish rags or paper towels on hand.
The neighbors right across the hall were so loud and had a small dog that barked and howled a lot.
