What more could you ask for in this 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus. Rock away your worries on this beach front balcony. This condo has all those little details that make a stay on the beach enjoyable. There is a sofa and several occasional chairs that are positioned to enjoy the 32" Flat Screen TV. There are two Murphy bed cabinets with Twin Beautyrest mattresses inside. Enjoy the creative decorations and personality throughout this condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven. A lovely kitchen table provides family dining options. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub and grab bar. The private bedroom is carpeted and has a King Sized Beautyrest bed, ceiling fan and 26" Flat Screen TV. This is a lovely condo for a family, you can even bring your pet. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The condo left a lot to be desired. It was very clean and comfortable, but the kitchen was poorly furnished. We had to hand wash our dishes, but there was no dishpan and no stopper for the sink. All the knives were dull as well as the peeler. In addition, the tub was very slippery and a fall hazard. The tv was crummy and very difficult to operate. There was a dvd player but it had no batteries in it. The staff was very helpful. We would come back to Beachers Lodge but not #420.
